LOUD!! TV volumes were loud, in turn, making the patrons even louder. Waitress stood at the servers station and watched the customers, yet we couldn't get a refill on a drink when needed. My order came out wrong. I ordered ten boneless wings. Five with garlic parmesan, five with Buffalo bacon. Stickers on the paper under the wings stated buffalo bacon and teriyaki. I guess that's what I got. Buffalo bacon was so heavy on the vinegar that I'm not sure what flavor it actually was. Teriyaki was good.
When we had almost finished our meal, our waitress came by for the first time since our food arrived, and asked if everything was good. I said no. She immediately fired back "well you ate it." I explained that I did not complain about the wrong flavors because I didn't want to wait thirty minutes for replacements and have to listen to the table of twelve drunk men screaming about a baseball game. She turned and walked away and didn't approach us until it was obvious that we were done. Drinks sat empty until she finally brought the bill and asked if we wanted anything else. We asked for and received to go cups then.

Read moreTerrible web order experience. I placed an order at 1pm for a 6:10pm pickup. The app told me my order was ready for pickup at 6:10pm when I arrived, but my order was nowhere to be found. Many other guests also waiting. Bad communication and no organization behind the counter. They have no idea what’s going on. Some orders sitting ready behind the counter and they’re not calling out the names. I’ve been here for 30 minutes waiting on my order, still not ready. This is absolutely unacceptable service, and clearly the app does not give you a real-time update on your order progress. You’re given false, canned information on the app. EDIT: 40 minutes, order not ready. EDIT: 50 minutes, order not ready. EDIT: 60 minutes, order not ready. EDIT: 70 minutes, manager finally helping. EDIT: 80 minutes, finally received my order. When I placed the order at 1pm I received an email receipt. My card was charged. I received notification my order was ready for pickup at 6:10pm. In the end, they never found my ticket. The manager had to take down my order again after 70 minutes of confusion and take it to the back so they could make it on the spot. My husband ordered traditional and I had the boneless his wings were great but my boneless was over cooked with very very little sauce...as a general manager of a restaurant myself I try not to complain so I ate the best of what I had and I would have asked for more sauce to at least cover the wings but i never saw the waitress until she brought the check. When she brought the check she showed it to my husband and told him the total and asked if she could go ahead and take it back without even letting him look it over and when she came back she didn't bring the itemized copy with the survey info on it so when I asked for it in pretty sure she had to go dig it out of the trash because when she brought it it was all crumpled up, but what bugs me the most is we didn't see a manager the entire time we were there and we are b-dub regulars (not at this one as we were travling) and I know at our b-dubs the managers are always doing manager walks and speaking to customers. We should have known something was off when we got there at 6:45 pm on a Saturday and the place is dead.
