Grand Victorian Spring Lake: ICONA Boutique Collection — Hotel in Spring Lake

From the moment my friend and I walked in I knew I made the right choice to stay at beautiful Spring Lake! The manager was the first person we came in contact with and she was unbelievably friendly and accommodating, we talked with her for probably five minutes before we even started our check-in. It was wonderful. The room was spotless. It was sanitized. The beds were perfectly made and perfectly clean. The bathroom was spotless. Carpets were spotless. There were so many extras that sometimes you don’t get there is there was ice there was water. It was just wonderful. The boutique had bikes that we could use. We went for a wonderful bike ride through the town in the morning. They had beach chairs available. They had beach passes available. Anything that you would need even beach Towels! I can’t say enough about the staff and how friendly they were. They have a golf cart and the driver is so friendly and he’s there at your service to take you around town or to a restaurant so convenient. The location is perfect. Just walk across the street and you’re at the beach parking was easy, the landscaping was beautiful. I will definitely return to the grand Victorian we have so much...

This property has had many upgrades and major improvements since the last time we stayed many years ago and we were thoroughly impressed! |The entire staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The grounds were impeccable. Our room #3, on the second floor was very clean, bed extremely comfy. It had 3 windows one of which gave a spectacular view for the sunrise. The location is perfect! Steps from the beach; bonus is that beach tags, chairs, umbrellas and towels provided, we did not use provided bikes. There was never a line to wait for early morning coffee downstairs. We knew breakfast was not included or on site. There is a side lawn with chairs, and the boardwalk which is steps away has plentiful benches to sit and relax in the evening. We look forward to booking another stay at the Grand Victorian! We noticed that the boardwalk and beach area to be very safe and has a strong police presence, also found beach patrol and lifeguards very helpful. (Observed a young lifeguard go and offer aid to elderly folks walking through the sand to their beach chairs)|(Our favorite place to eat is a short drive to Belmar for amazing vegetarian food at Kaya’s Kitchen…save room...
