I only was there for about twenty mins as the boardwalk itself is dull and boring. I didn't go on beach as I wasn't sure if you could buy an badge there. Heard you need to buy online. Additionally as I assumed parking was free via no meters and/or signage wasn't positive and did not want to receive a ticket or my car towed and finding it gone. Seems like an clean nice uncrowded beach. Lastly, as for parking your best chances of getting a spot is at this beach. Especially if arriving in the late afternoon on an Saturday as I did, in the area of ocean Ave that I arrived there was only 2 available spots. Assumingly as you go there was more cause no one at all was on boardwalk and the beach wasn't packed neither. Whereas, you take point pleasant at that time of day your lucky to be able to park an mile from the beach. I should of taken some photos but I had not, maybe next time.
