One thing I do not like is for someone(Paula) to speak to me like my head screws on and off. I did not get anything misconstrued or misunderstood! Everything stared off pleasant and well I guess if i worked off commission I'd be pleasant as well. But I made a large purchase 09/2020 I did get the date pushed back a few times as I was waiting on a closing. My sales rep Sabrina was so-so again I have worked for commission so I guess I would work to make sure I made my ends meet. Back to the matter the delivery was set for 11/23/2020 and the day right before Sabrina called and informed me that the king sided bed was there at the warehouse and somehow vanished. And she would have to get everything delivered the day after thanksgiving! Unfortunately the king mattress would not come until 12/3/2020 and she apologized for the inconvenience and wold see what she could do for the mishap and would also make sure there was no charge for the second delivery as it was not my fault the mattress vanished. So the third party team comes out to deliver my ankle is sprained and I have to help them move the items in. So I immediately call and get Ryan who assures me that the 149.99 will be refunded for the inconvenience as well as getting the run around from Sabrina since she never called back about the disappearance of the mattress and the promise of checking to see what she could do for having to come out twice. Why would j pay for a second delivery for a mistake someone else made so saying that it was FREE does nothing for me. So after a few days of not hearing from anyone I call back get Ryan says hey j just spoke to Sabrina and we are refunding the $149.99 now you should see it in 8-10 business days. Sonic ask for a receipt to have for my records. It came so blurry you couldn't really make out the typing. So i get a notifications that a refund was for $50 not what was discussed at all. So j call I get rob nice and pleasant just from the first call which was cool. He says DM will call me she(Paula) does and says I know how you could have gotten things confused but we will die you a one time favor and refund the $100 even though you got 1 discounted delivery and a free 1. It was free because you guys screwed up and one was discounted because I had to help live the beds In. But yes blame it on me and the 3rd party movers because you already have my money. I wish I could put ni stars the beds feel great but the overall experience went from pop to piss. And I don't like that at all. You guys be well and have a wonderful holiday hopefully you don't get coal because you definitely lied more than enough just from working with me alone.

Me and my Grandmother had been looking for a mattress pretty much ALL DAY and had no success in finding one :( But once we arrived to the Mattress Firm on South Arlington Road, our search was put to an smooth completion!! Ryan, the store manager...listened to my concerns of finding a mattress that was soft, comfortable, affordable and durable and came through with just the right solution! He was diligent in finding a mattress that was suitable to my individual needs. He was courteous through the whole transaction. He reassured me that he could definitely help me find a mattress then and there! So after searching through the warehouse availability at nearby locations.. he found a great fit for me!!! And not only that, but he even gave me a wonderful deal on the sales price! He marked it down for me and gave me a discount that I just could not turn down! So I got a very quality, comfy mattress for an affordable price! Just as I needed, and right in time. It was a true Blessing of an experience :) Also I am thankful that I can get the mattress delivered to my door for free! I even got to try out the mattress and feel out the texture and softness!! So overall, Ryan is the best store manager I have ever been in contact with. He gave us a pleasant and enjoyable experience. He was efficient and timely as well &’ got us all taken care of!` Now, I am extremely excited to get a good nights rest — thanks to him. I also really appreciate the store Mattress Firm for providing me with a quality mattress along with a quality price! I will definitely remember this blessed experience for the rest of my life. Read moreHonestly, I have so much to say. First things first being when we went in for our new mattress the girl we worked with had told us she would discount our price if we financed. So we agreed... There was our first mistake. Because not only did it drop my card at 26 points it is a hard inquiry which I was told it wasn't supposed to be. My credit didn't even drop that much when I bought my car. My second mistake was not just backing out. After spending 2 hours I'm mattress firm trying to figure this out because she kept saying it was synchrony's fault and then would say it's their system. She had told us she would figure it out tomorrow. Well she had called and made it seem like she figured it all out. Then I get a call from synchrony stating there had been FIVE attempts to run this. So when she was texting me and asking for approval again I had started asking questions I did NOT give approval again but she ran it anyhow. Once she texted me she had done it again I sent a very frustrated text in which she still has not responded too but someone else tried to call me. Another red flag was she asked to sign MY signature and apperently did after I did not agree once again for her to run it again. I am very disappointed in the service from here. We will not return and as for my mother who was also in the market for a new mattress I will make it clear for her to take her business elsewhere.
So all in all. If you want someone to completely disregard what you say, mess your credit up after working hard to build it and sign for you even after you started questioning things by all means shop here. But I really suggest saving yourself...
