I've been visiting this location throughout the week while visiting family and I'm pretty disappointed in how my experiences went. When going to place my order, I felt like I was not welcome or that I was an inconvenience. I visited two days in a row and yesterday, I was expected to place my order with the blenders running, and the front worker seemed very impatient. They were very short with mea nd just told me to put my card in before walking away and chatting with the other worker on the floor.
Today, I experienced the same level of rudeness and a worker forgot an ingredient in my beverage, which no big deal, it happens. However, the ingredient was tossed back in to an already blended smoothie and resulted in the ingredients not being entirely blended, so I had large pieces of fruit at the bottom of my cup. For a $6 beverage, I would at least like my drink to be made with quality.
I hate leaving low reviews like this, but to be treated so poorly two days in a row is telling me that there is an issue at the store and that this wasn't just a one off situation. I'm not asking that you make the staff smile and make small talk with the customers, but at least make us feel welcome and like we should spend our money there and not...
Read moreI've ordered from this location four times in the last couple weeks and three of the four times they have messed up my smoothie, disregarding my instructions.
I will say that when I've actually gone into the location myself the staff has always been pretty friendly. Even though with the music playing and all the background noise it's very difficult to hear what they're saying. Which might be part of why they keep messing up my order.
I always order a large strawberry and banana smoothie but ask to get pineapple sorbet INSTEAD of yogurt. I absolutely hate yogurt, which is why I get so frustrated paying almost $9 only to find out they didn't swap out the yogurt. It makes it completely inedible to me and I'll immediately dump it all down the drain. The problem is I normally have it picked up by someone else or we will have it doordashed. So I don't catch it at the location where I could easily request it be remade.

The first smoothie was made and placed on the counter and my daughter picked up a straw and placed it into the cup while still on the counter, when she picked it up from the counter the entire bottom of the cup fell out and the smoothie went all over the floor. Neither girl working was concerned as I, myself, who’s disabled, was crouched down on the floor trying to clean it up with napkins. After I cleaned it up, I had to get back in line and order ANOTHER smoothie for my daughter. Once again, neither girl offered my daughter another one to replace the one that fell out of the bottom of these weak cups. There were two girls working, one of whose name is Anna, I do not know the other girls name.
