I would rate 0 stars if I could. The sales guys Justin was awsome he greeted us with friendly profession and tried everything he could to get us a great deal. however when it came time to deliver my bed the delivery guys never showed up never called me to get derections and said we were undeliverable which was a lie we were home the whole time waiting. I called to see where they were they told me to call the warehouse.When trying to call the warehouse the rep there stated he called the contractor and said they would call me. That rurned out to be a lie. He then pretended to call the contractor back and I heard him talking saying they stated they were turning around to come back to my house which was also a lie becuase they went back to the warehouse. . He again stated they would call me which was another lie. I was treated with the most disrespect and they are a very unprofessional business I ever seen I do not recommend going with these people ever I ended up having to cancel my order and get a refund. I went to lower valley furniture and not only did I get a better quality matress and I got a better quality base for 300 dollars cheaper and they...

We bought our mattress with a base on March 12. Both items were supposed to be delivered on March 27. We were contacted the day before to let us know the warehouse closed down due to Covid-19. We were asked to contact them in a couple of weeks to check the status on reopening. We did and the warehouse was still closed. Now, the warehouse is open but we continue to have trouble getting our mattress and base delivered. Both were delivered today but the base was damaged. The delivery guy let them know the base was damaged and the warehouse told him, ”go ahead and take it, that’s the only one we have.” They are reordering the base; which now we are told won’t be in until the 28th of May (but that’s not guaranteed.) I recently ordered an adjustable bed to replace my old one. The salesman knew I had an adjustable bed because we talked about the massage feature and the fact that mine was clunking when it went up and down. We found a bed a I liked and then I asked if delivery would remove the old bed and he told me they would. Well they don't! They only take mattresses and box springs - not adjustable frames. I called the store and they said, "Oh no, we don't remove adjustable beds and we told you that." They lied. Because that would have been a deal-breaker had they told me as I am older and have no way of getting rid of something big like and adjustable bed platform.
