I was going to sign up for their membership to get discounts because my new job requires that I get a lot of new tools myself (or through their tool program). Seen they had decent prices on their cordless impacts and thought, sweet ok. Get to store and find out it's the tool only. Battery and Charger sold separately (extra $70). I did buy a few tools since I was there. Then went across the street to Lowes and found a Craftsman Cordless with charger and battery for an extra $10 than Harbors Brauer tool (only after discount) and the craftsman was $40 less without discount.

And the seem to be very aggravated. If you ask for help and interrupt them from setting on the check out counter. The bald headed manager, is leading by example, and lazier then the employees. I have stopped in this store for the last time. I will either go to another location. Or go around the corner and shop at Rural King. Look around that general area, I can understand why half the buildings are...
