Marshalls — Local services in Springfield

On 6/10/25 I walked in 10 minutes before they closed for a shirt that I needed for my meeting tomorrow morning, as I walked into the store I was greeted by two angry employees at the register yelling my way that we close in 10 minutes! And I politely let them know that I was only there to grab a shirt and I would be out fast. They then gave me a stank face and the silent treatment. When I checked out I was not talked to and I was not told goodbye or to have a nice night on my way out of the establishment. It would be really nice if companies as large as this one would have good customer service and not have disgusting attitudes about doing what they get paid for THEIR JOB!!! I really like this store, you can find really really nice brand name items at great discount prices. I frequent Marshalls never knowing what great treasures or deals I may find! Clothing, housewares, shoes, furniture, toys, food,.. just about anything for the home and personal life and more. The only reason this store isn't a 5 star is the customers. I've never been to a Marshalls where the other customers are rude. It's almost like a permanent black Friday. Today I went to the Marshalls store located on North Bechtle Avenue in Springfield Ohio. My wife wanted to pay for a hair conditioner that was priced less than $ 5. When we got to the cashier located at number 1. She was rude to check the price of the product bringing the same brand but a completely different product telling my wife that it cost $ 9.99. I told him that although it was the same brand but they were totally different products. I think she was a bit rude and didn't show any interest in finding out what exactly the product was.
