If I could give a zero I would. I ordered groceries over $250 (after coupons) which is what I spend each week b/c I have a family of 5. I had accrued 27K Meijer Reward points which I used 7k on free delivery. Ordered 55 items and the shopper could only find 31 (couldnโt find taco seasoning, pork chops, chips, taco shells many more). I then receive a message (text) groceries were delivered to my door. No no they were not. So I called and spoke to someone who then transferred me to someone else she had me hold so she could find out, after 10 mins she came back to the phone unapologetic and told me they couldnโt get a hold of the driver so theyโd just give me my money back. Thatโs great but ordered them earlier in the day and a mom of 3 kids has no groceries nothing to pack them for lunches. I asked about getting back my rewards which she just said โoh we donโt refund thoseโ, I replied โeven though it was not my mistakeโ? She said โyeah thatโs the shopperโs fault not oursโโฆoH! she was rude to begin with and unapologetic and ended the the conversation the same way.I am never one to leave negative feedback- but youโd think someone who spends $250-$300 a week on groceries would at least...
ย ย ย Read moreI love to shop here. Sometimes I just go in and mosey through the whole store to see what I can find. My trouble is at the checkout. While it is bothersome to wait in line unless you check yourself out, and I donโt get paid for that, but my trouble are the cashiers. Not all of them but it seems I only have trouble at this store. I have had a cashier think he needed to examine everything he rang up and comment on it. I have had a young man hold a lengthy conversation with the person in front of me and then tried to do the same with me. Today I was in a hurry but got in line in plenty of time but the cashier stared out the window most of the time she was ringing the person in front of me out. I was waiting on her to finish my order, just hit the button, but she stood looking out the window combing her hair with her hand. I brought my 2 and 3 yr old grandkids in to do 1st time.shoppingfor my new home here and the greeter went put of his way to get me a family cart (which is the only complaint needs to be updated) md then I was using the shop n go and the coupons and my phone died the gentleman in electronics/photos charged my phone for me so that I could have my coupons at checkout. I bought $299.99 in groceries and had to pay with my savings money which were 5s and 1s and not only did they not complaint at checkout but they made me feel so much better about it. Which made the other customers in line even nicer telling me how it was OK and then buying my grandkids a camdy bar for being so amazingly good. As I was exiting the employees gave me an even bigger boost when they complimented me on being a great grandma...thank you evening shift employees for your outstanding customerservice skills and overall...
