We purchased a bedroom set from this store, they originally told us 2 weeks out for delivery. The set eventually went on backorder.

A month goes by and no one knows when it will be shipped simultaneously no one has communicated with us that it even went on backorder, I was told that when they finally decided to communicate and call us back (I had to beg someone to call me back).

Finally went to the store and their management gets involved, they offered us a discount for our troubles. I thought that was good customer service, we had a few laughs and was able to mediate and continue with the sale.

Another month with a new sales rep for their store (whom also did not communicate) told us 10 days. On the 10th day I had to call and ask what is the ETA. We was back to the original start. The new store rep had no idea when it will be shipped yet was pulling information out of who knows what with nothing but fluff. If they could have been honest from the 2nd attempt, we could have continued business.

We finally got fed up and decided to get a full refund. The store rep all of sudden had news that our bedroom set was in the port and waiting pickup from the port. How come all of a sudden you have news about our set, yet you did not communicate this to us? The store rep had the nerve to say that it was the best idea for us to get a refund (like it was her idea) in front of her manager with the fake boobs. That really hit a nerve. Now you want to play that you are assisting us? On top of receiving the refund, boobs wanted to give 2 separate refunds to match our total refund, great idea, Mrs. No call back decided to do 1 refund and zelle the rest. We had to wait over 38 minutes to get their owner to send our money back through zelle (we sure as hell was not gonna leave without confirmation remember they dont call back). You can take our money in 1 swipe/tap but you can't refund it 1 swipe/tap?

I purchased this Cashton living room furniture from Jennifer at Stuart Furniture outlet in late summer. Jennifer was very helpful, fair and personable during my shopping experience. She has a great personality too. She encouraged my friend and I to look around and did not hover over us which I appreciated. She made a great deal for me too. This set was on back order so we waited about 6-7 weeks for it. It was worth the wait. We've had this set for almost 2 months and love it. In the photos you can see the blue pillows can be turned around to show solid or print. Our new rug (Amazon) has all the colors and doesn't clash so we left the print showing. This is one of the few sofas/chairs that I can sit in at 5'5" without using a back pillow and have my feet reach the floor. My husband is 5'10" and also comfortable sitting. The only change I made involved the pillows that were overstuffed when I got them. I removed some stuffing from the pillows (they have zipper openings), so it was easy. I just sit the pillows on the corners for aesthetics since I don't need them to reach the floor. Jennifer at Stuart Furniture Outlet was great to deal with and the store carries quality items. In fact, they carry pieces from the Ashley furniture line...like our Cashton set. Like most furniture, ours took a few weeks to break in as it is firm when you first get it.
