I live a few minutes away from Trulieve. Great store, clean, friendly, great products. One thing I do not particularly like is the way orders are handled. I'm very aware that sometimes you need to have patience and wait your turn. This is fine, but when I'm waiting 40 minutes in the store for a PICKUP order with two people in my car, I am not going to be a happy camper. This isn't the first time either. I have my cash in hand, the exact amount ready to go. I'm here to walk in and walk out, attempting to give Trulieve my money. I have asked multiple times if there is any point in me placing an order online compared to just walking in, since it seems there is almost ZERO priority to "pick-up" patients when I'm in the lobby. TRULIEVE IS BUSY. IT IS BIG. PROBABLY THE LARGEST MOST SUCCESSFUL DISPENSARY IN FLORIDA. Trulieve should want to recognize that with the budding(no pun intended) legal industry, the amount of customers is going to rise. They need to allocate a way to make the process of picking up medicine as efficient as possible. I've heard so many complaints from other customers while in the store waiting. Make it a weed ATM for God's sake. I come to Trulieve every week, maybe even twice a week. This is medicine, it shouldn't be treated like it currently is. ALSO, when calling the store, the phone goes directly to "Sorry, we are experiencing higher than normal call volumes". I have never ever once been connected to the store. It would be greatly appreciated if there was someone there willing to answer the questions and concerns their potential customers have. Personally, If I had a dispensary. I would actually want to make it as EASY as possible for people to spend their hard-earned money. Somebody should want to answer the phone and help. Hire me if you'd like! I would love to feel this isn't a one way relationship with this dispensary. Other places have no lines, no waits, no online ordering. Walk in, walk out. Make your customers feel welcome. Remember, you're only gaining more customers. We all pay a lot of money for our Florida MMJ cards, you should want to make everything go as smoothly as possible for us. I'm no Karen but I hope someone actually reads...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI tried to place an order for my father (I have a caretaker card for him) and I tried to have it delivered to him. Delivery for seniors is supposed to be free but it was adding a $15 delivery fee on. So I decided to place the order as a pickup. I entered my phone number to receive texts about my order, I got the initial text showing I placed and order and i would receive a text when it was ready, I never received a text it was ready, so the next day I went to the dispensary at night and was told they cancelled the order because I did not pick it up in time (I had placed the order the day before) in the past it has been a 48 hour window apparently this changed back to a 24 hour window and I was not aware, they had the product my father needed in stock. The girl at the counter apologized for the issue, and I said that patients should have been emailed about the change. At this time a very rude employee named Deborah chimed in and said in a very nasty tone āwell it was on the web siteā I turned to her and said āokay maybe you can show me where on the web site the notification was because I didnāt see itā. She said she couldnāt do that because she didnāt know where it was and that it probably wasnāt there anymore. I do find that the Stuart location is not up to the standards of other locations such as Fort Lauderdale regularly but to have an employee be this openly rude after the numerous mistakes with my order was completely unacceptable. I really hope that you consider hiring more compassionate people at this location...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreAll right now this is the second time Iāve come to a different Truelieve and I walk in. Itās crazy. Iāve been going to these locations for about seven years now and itās mind-boggling how I get treated at some of your locations. I understand that the treasure coast is a little bit different and a little bit weird with the clientele. Maybe itās cause Iām a transplant, but Iām not sure what kind of weird stuff you guys got going on around here we only catered to the 100 year-old people, but this is honestly quite horrible service that Iām getting. I donāt know if itās just Port St. Lucie. Everybody hates their jobs. Everybody hates their lives cause theyāre not getting paid and you know thereās nothing to do here or what it is cause he got genuinely just seem like he hated his life. I was just asking questions and it was like oh you gotta be rude today dude and they mustāve woke up on the wrong side of the bed. Well, I hope you guys get your teams together and kind of collaborate because every store is a different unit and as a corporate location, they should all be the same no? I donāt know. I just been going to all these locations for seven years and I will only go to one because I know one location will take care of me and thatās it. It seems like you have to have a relationship With these people here to get anything, itās crazy. Good luck corporation is doing well. I see I should take my...
