The only reason I'm giving Rooms To Go in Stuart, FL two stars instead of one is because the showroom is well-presented and the furniture appears nice at first glance. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end.

Our salesperson, Victoria, felt more like a used car dealer than someone genuinely trying to help. She misled us on multiple fronts. First, she convinced us to purchase an expensive rug, assuring us of its quality. I specifically asked if it would unravel, as many outdoor rugs tend to do unless they’re high-end. She confidently told me it wouldn’t—but sure enough, it started coming apart within the first month. Clearly not the quality we were promised.

Second, she let us take home a patio umbrella directly from the store without mentioning that doing so would void the item from being covered under the 3-year warranty she also persuaded us to buy—another total waste of money. When I called recently to express my concerns, I was able to speak with Victoria again. Instead of offering any sort of solution or even a civil conversation, she became rude and abruptly hung up.

My husband and I bought this exact set about a year ago. Since then it’s been outside. We have done everything they told us to do to keep it in good condition but this past raining/hurricane season it has gotten moldy. We don’t know what to do. I called their customer service and was told they don’t cover mold. GREAT so they don’t even back their own OUTDOOR fabrics! I was told that I can try to call a furniture specialist.( Passing the problem to someone else, nice.) The bones of the furniture are fine. It’s just the cushions which are supposed to be meant for outside that have been a pain to constantly be cleaning so that they don’t get mold on them. What a complete waste of money on garbage outdoor furniture. If I could give them zero stars we would. BUYERS BEWARE! It looks all pretty but can’t be left outside. It just doesn’t hold up. Absolutely amazing! I moved to Florida a year ago and went to Rooms to Go in Jensen Beach and loved everything and purchased our dining room, living room, and kitchenette furniture from them. So happy with it and went to Rooms to Go Patio in Stuart as soon as they opened and met Sabine, who was the BEST! So helpful and nice.
