My family and I came in for Labor Day to look for a sectional, and we feel in love with an olive green sectional that came with an ottoman and sectional. As I’m completing the application I told the guy we were working with that we were going we snap because we have used them before. We also stated we chose snap because we didn’t want our credit ran and we were paying the furniture off in 90 days. Not to mention, it asks you at the top of the application which 3rd party option would you be using and we chose snap. While being there, they didn’t send it to snap. They ran it through Synchrony and Tower. I got the notification from my app, and I told her someone just ran my credit here and she stated they wanted to give me the best option. I told her I didn’t give her permission to do that, and I explained the option we told our salesman and the reason we chose that option. We were told by Kim they would call the credit bureau and have those inquiries remove and that we can go through snap and we would get the furniture on Friday. I called on Friday to get a time they would be delivering, I was explained my stuff was on back order. I was telling them I wasn’t explained that on Monday, and someone stated I was supposed to receive a call. I told them I didn’t get any notifications from them, and I had taken off work. Somehow the found the furniture, I believe we got the furniture off of the showroom floor. On September 7th, I kept getting notifications from my credit apps about me opening up a new credit card. I found out that a credit card with Synchrony was opened. I called the store Kim was very short, basically telling me you don’t have to use the card and how it only took my score down a little. I should be grateful because it’s going to help my credit. I told her that’s fraud because I never told you to do this. She stated well we were never told this. I told her that’s not my problem because we told the person that we were submitting the application with and he took the application to your sales team so that should have been communicated. She told me she couldn’t give me the district managers name nor phone number and for me to call the distribution Center. I asked for a copy of my application and the email she claimed they sent the credit bureaus. When my significant other got there somehow she couldn’t find the email, and she made it like she didn’t tell us the inquiries would be removed. She started to make up so many lies. Read moreI WILL NEVER USE this store again. At first it was a good experience nice people and we came in knowing what we were looking for. We were told that the sectional we were looking for was in stock and we went ahead and ordered it. Then things took a turn we got a call saying it was on backorder and they would call once it arrived at the warehouse. So we tried to call the store back and no one answered so we had to drive up there and go into the store. So we asked the lady when they had a estimate on when furniture would be delivered and she told us that it was on the way to the warehouse and estimated delivery date is going to be ** a week goes by and we get another call saying that the chase part of our sectional is on backorder and they are having to get it from somewhere else and they would let us know when it arrives.... Well to me that is not good enough so i kindly told the lady i wanted a refund. Now they are trying to charge me a restocking fee. Well I also cannot get a refund of my money from the store i have to get ahold of customer service and they are not answering the phone either. so unless you love have dates changed over and over again I suggest using a different...
