I must say they have some of the biggest, juicest, pork chops I've ever ate at any Maxwells ever and to be more specific if you've ever been to hog wild on Pulaski then you know what I'm taking about. I was already full at this point and got more left to eat. And I love onions on my fries, they dumped a lot of onions on my fries 😋. Then one time I had a polish so huge I was like wow I never had or seen a polish that big at any Maxwells ever.

The one place you can get a cheap meal from so good, and very fast food is always hot and on point this is a great maxwell . One thing they need to start accepting debt cards cause I do not like to carry cash especially trying to get money out there atm machine late at night the world is very different every button you it you have to be looking over your shoulders just tragic.

Good prices!!! Good food!!! Fast service!!!! It’s a good place that is even worth driving an hour to get to (which I’ve done). Very recommended, and something my family frequents. Always busy. Always. Everything is deliciously prepared very quickly. Comes with perfectly golden fries! 🍟

I visited the restaurant on Monday, June 21st, 2021. I ordered a Beef Pizza Puff that came with fries. After eating the pizza puff I felt very ill and started to vomit the food I purchased.

I was literally throwing up for over 40 seconds and didn’t feel well for a little while. The food was undercooked and I will not be revisiting JJ Sausage for any Pizza Puffs or food that isn’t cooked freshly.

During the COVID-19 pandemic food must be prepared correctly consistently without any problem. The virus could exist and destroy our immune system. Please be safe and remember to ask for your food to be cooked fresh and avoid frozen precooked food...

Please do not go here if you want a Maxwell Street polish, not the same don't be fooled by the Maxwell on the sign. For the price might as well just drive to the actual location. The fries are really good though and the Italian ice. But the Polish and the hot dogs no thank you. The hot dogs are made just like the polishes just green peppers and onions cooked together, they're not even Chicago dogs and my cheese hotdog literally had a sad half slice of cheese not nacho cheese...Again this is worth $12 at home for 3ppl, not...
