I ordered using the mobile app at this location at 2:55pm and was told to pick up my order at 3:09pm. When I arrived & let the young lady know that I was there for a mobile order pickup she told me to pull ahead, I did just that only for her to say â$26.15â. $26.15 for what I paid online my order was actually $26.86. Well she said it wasnât paid for. She went and got the rudest so called manager to handle the situation, & letâs just say that didnât go well. Heâs telling me I donât know what to tell you, you didnât pay. I showed him in the app, I showed the email confirmation, I even went as far as to show my bank account. He did not care. So I asked can he contact someone above him, because I wasnât leaving without either my food or my money. On top of it all, I guess Iâd have to call this place a circus and the manager was the ringmaster because the clowns (employees)in the back were just as rude screaming âF her, she ainât paid donât give her shâđOnly after going back and forth for 30 minutes the system finally updated. No apology, just maâam can you pull to the front, weâll bring your food out. Only to be met by the police, Really? You were wrong and called the police on me? I asked the police âAre you all here for me?â They just simply asked was everything ok now. Sir, ask the people who called because again I didnât care if it was the 2nd coming of Jesus pulling up, I wasnât leaving without my food or money. Strong suggestionâŠhire people who can handle stress that may come from customers. People who can de-escalate situations.    Read moreThis is one of the worst restaurants to pick up food I started doing DoorDash and Uber eats 2 months ago and I have accepted orders to come and pick up to this White Castle the orders will say on the app itâll be ready in 15 minutes! 20 minutes itâs okay but when you get there the food is not even made they will say give us 10 more minutes and those 10 minutes turn into 30 45 minutes and it could be a small meal and a drink ! And they take a long time and what I donât understand is that most of the times they are not even busy during the week! this always happens at time of Brunch dinner! I donât know if itâs the same in the afternoons but I went there for a couple of times it has always been the same at first I was like itâs okay they are busy I get it, itâs a Friday or Saturday but like I said itâs always the same if itâs busy or Not i donât recommend this place for DoorDash drivers or Uber eats to come to this place and pick up their orders itâs not worth being here for 40 minutes for 8 dollars!! I stopped at this location on 8/13/25 at 11:20 PM to place what I thought was a really simple order: a #1 combo meal and two double cheeseburgers. The cashier rang up the double cheeseburgers as singles, a very simple mistake (and one that I was very understanding about). I didn't realize the mistake until I got home, so I drove back to the restaurant since it's only a few minutes from where I live, to get my order corrected.
This is where the breakdown in service recovery begins. The manager on duty never offered me an apology for the mistake but was quick to charge me extra for the upgrade to the double cheeseburgers. I was fine with paying the extra cost, but an apology would've been nice. Neither an apology nor a "thank you" ever came.
I hope the district manager or someone in corporate is reading these reviews because this location needs some work. Also, the food prep area in this restaurant is very dirty, so I don't think I'll be going...
