I placed my order and proceeded to pay for my food at the window. After paying for my food and receiving it I pulled off from the drive thru window. I looked through my food to ensure all the food was present and it was not. I drove back around to the drive thru, where I received the worse customer service ever at this location. The drive thru employee asked to see all my food and I told her what I was missing as I handed her all my bags she confirmed that I was not missing anything and then tried to add a extra taco to my bag. I assumed that she got it right this time and went home. I made it home to find that I was not only still missing the chalupa I originally told her I was missing but that the chicken power bowl I ordered had only 4 pieces of chicken in the bowl. I called the store to see how this could be rectified and the same drive thru employee stated she was the manager and hung up on me as I began to explain what happened and how my meal was incorrect. I called back to the store for her to tell me that she can take my name and offer me a chalupa since it was missing, but that the chicken is only 1 scoop so that was right. I asked for her name she refused to give it. The worse customer I have had in a long time. Seeing as though no customers are able to come in the store and only able to order through drive through. This gives the employees ample time to focus on the customers in drive through since they have no customers inside the store. Read moreI stopped by this location on my way home from a long day @ work, because my son had a taste for tacos. I ordered the "Party Pack", which consisted of 12 tacos. I asked for 6soft & 6hard shell. Then I asked for 3 of each shell to be supreme. Not until I arrived all the home, did I realize my order was completely wrong. 1st off, there was NOT 1 hard shell & then there were only 8-9 tacos just THROWN into the bag. There was no box & the taco were soaking through the bottom of the bag. To make matters worse, I called the location & explained my issue & a young man stated, "I personally made 6 hard shell". I drove right back up there & asked them to count 6 hard shell tacos & asked for a full refund!! After I placed the order I was told to get back in line and once i did the person taking the orders said it would take 30min to get to their system after I had already placed waited 20 minutes. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager said that my order wasn't in their system yet and that I will have to wait in the parking lot another 20min.
At this time they are now taking orders in the drive thru and everyone else has gotten their order and I still haven't received mine and that an door dash has to go out first.
