I LOVE MOD PIZZA! My family and I really enjoy eating here, but today was very special! I brought my mother in to try y'all today. My kids were just gonna explain it to her on how the order works but one of your employees said, "NO!" She was my the crusts and she could see my mother was getting frustrated. She explained everything to my mother so kindly and calmed her nerves. She helped us all the way down to the register. My mom asked about the purple lemonade and she explained that too. When my mom said nevermind she'd just get water. She gave her a cup anyways and said, "No, try it. It's your first time and it's too good to pass up"! When we sat down even my kids said she was great. When they call our names my kids got most of the pizzas but she brought my mothers out to her. My mother older and has been sick for a while. When they called her name my mom was getting up because my kids were making drinks and my hands were full. She made my mom cry when she brought her food and Parmesan when she asked. We hugged her and thanked her again. Thank you Mickah and thank you MOD Pizza from the...
Read moreUnfortunately you can't give 0 stars. Used to eat here, it was my cheat day meal lol. I know someone who had just started working there ACCIDENTALLY "Misgender" a customer, not realizing he had even done it, be verbally assaulted and threatened by said customer & an EMPLOYEE! He was so embarrassed by it. Tried to apologize but they kept screaming in his face. No other employees did anything to defuse the situation. That is gross conduct and warranted firing on the spot and the out of control customer should have been made to leave. He's a good kid. Would never purposely offend anyone. He was treated like he was some sort of hateful person. In actuality it was the Employee and violent customer that were hateful. No one I know will ever return to the Tomball location. Just gross behavior to say the least. That aggressive conduct is absolutely...
Read moreNormally a great place. Bad experience today. Pizza crust was burned. When I took it back a girl employee wearing an animal hat/helmet argued with me that it wasn't burned. Trust me it was burned around the edges. Another employee intervened and made me another one that was the next size up. He was awesome. The girl that argued with me was told to watch the new one carefully and make sure it didn't get too done. When the new pizza was done she slammed it into a box and barely ran the cutter through it. It wasn't cut through. I had to cut it myself. (No biggie but she wasn't happy with me and it showed) Then she handed me the box with a tomato in sauce on the lid. She needs to follow her co-workers example. I won't be back...
