I have been a loyal customer for 35 years! Today I get 3 cream filled doughnuts and I leave the store and start to eat one! And instantly I noticed the dough nut was raw inside. So I take it back to inform them. So to my surprise I'm told by the mgr/ owner it's a filled doughnut! Like I'm just a stupid person. Number one I have gone to many Shipleys for 35 years. So I know how every product taste. 2nd regardless if it's filled or not they are all supposed to be cooked. 3rd my husband is a manager at bakers dozen and for now own I will get my doughnuts there. Cause they are well made and they are made 🏡 and this Shipleys made a customer of 35 year's quit. Well the koloche is raw too. This is so bad corporate needs to know. I went back to get my money. I saw the mgr and she said something hateful in Spanish to the workers and gave me a dirty look. I sad all the product I bought was raw! She said and! I want my money back! She smarted off! So hope thier ready for the health department to come. If this lady is the owner then they need to loose the store! She could had made it right but didn't. They gave me food that could had made me sick and then that are thiefs. There are all kind of food violations there. No gloves don't wash thier hands. And all you have to do is read other reviews this happens alot food no properly cooked and the dough nuts were old as well and didn't even have the right amount of filling. But I have never been given a snobby look from someone in charge and if she owns it then good Lord! I don't care if you speak Spanish but when you look at me with this horrible look and then start speaking Spanish with all your employees then you are 100% talk crab about me! And refuse to give me my money back! I'm disabled and this stuff isn't supposed to happen at Shipleys. I'm sure Mr Shipleys expects the food to be cooked and made properly. The Hispanic employee again said for me to get the he'll out of there. I parked and went inside to inquire his name and Corporate phone number so I can complain, one of the ladies said she didn't know his name because he was a new employee. Another employee with fear in her eyes said his name is Erick, I called Corporate and complained, I couldn't believe Corporate wanted to send me some coupons for several free donuts, I told them I did not complain to get free donuts, my Blood Pressure went high up after this Incident, I could see in his eyes that he wanted to fight me , the rudeness and unprofessional manner he acted will hurt someone. Read morePlaced an order (11/7/23 around 9am)of a dozen donuts 1/2 glazed and the other 1/2 of icing with sprinkles for my kiddos. Everything started fine at the drive through untill i noticed the lady placing the donuts in lined up in the box. I asked the cashier if the other women getting the order to please place them flat in the larger box. (I dont want to get home to messy melted icing) The lady at the drive thru got so upset rolled her eyes and all emotions was on her face. I told her there is no need to make that expressian as i am simply asking to place them differently so they dont get a smooshed up mess. She proceed to tell me in spanish is because the lady getting the order had already gotten the box to place the donuts. I let her know i am not asking for much nor should I have to ask there is no reason to behave that way and you need to control your facial expressions. I called twice to speak to the owner and its been 4 days and no call. Lucy says she relayed the messege and she said I can email and leave any comment i want thats not a problem so here you go.
