Village Square Bagels — Restaurant in Town of Mamaroneck

Horrible horrible place!!! Went in asked for a multi grain..was told they are put i would have to wait a few minutes for a new batch...so in that case I ordered a poppy with tuna..the girl says ok then disappeared for 20 minutes she shows up and says to me mam..the tuna bagel comes with a side...I don't want any sides its breakfast and I just want a bagel with tuna..how much I asked..$9...9 dollars!!!??!! I can buy a dozen bagels with that why why??. I said no can I just have the freshest (I saw that a.fresh basket was just put in the case)bagel you have with butter...she puts the COLD bagel without toasting in a bag...I HATE this place!!! i called them to place an order and was first told to call back in ten minutes because they're busy. this is fine no big deal i get it can get busy there. i called back like they told me and when i picked up the phone and said i was calling back like they told me to they very rudely told me they weren't taking orders and hung up on me! this is unprofessional and very rude! why bother picking up the phone if you arent taking orders. your food isnt good enough to deal with very rude workers. this is the last time i use your establishment after the past four times prior to this your workers were just as...

A lot of people seem to have issues with their service, but I've never seen it my whole life. They've always been nice to me. On the other hand, I know that Mamaroneck is full of entitled jerks that are rude to store workers, so I wonder where the fault truly lies. Regarding the food... there are lots of bagel places with subpar bagels, but this place has good ones. I never realized how good they were until I left Mamaroneck and experienced a world of bad bagels. I always come here for a bagel if I can, with cash ready.
