Hoosier Hot Springs & Inn — Hotel in Truth or Consequences

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of outstanding! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for, thanks to the incredible staff—especially Erica, who provided the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Erica was attentive, warm, and went above and beyond to ensure every part of my stay was flawless. She truly made me feel like a valued guest, handling every question and request with a genuine smile and unmatched professionalism.

One thing that immediately stood out was how impeccably clean everything was. The hotel was spotless from top to bottom, and it was clear that cleanliness and attention to detail are top priorities here. My room was pristine, with not a speck of dust or a smudge in sight. The common areas were equally well-maintained, and it was such a comfort to stay somewhere that took such care with hygiene and presentation.

Hoosier Hot Springs is very nice, very clean, and very relaxing. It's too bad the price has doubled, but I guess the recent improvements made a higher price necessary.

It was lovely to look at the sky and watch the stars appearing while soaking in the evening, but I wouldn't be able to soak there in the daytime as there is no shade cloth or shade structure.

Erica was very nice and accommodating. She was a pleasure to work with, helpful, and willing to answer all my questions.

The tubs are in private areas behind high walls and solid doors that lock. I felt very safe in the area assigned to me for my soak. In addition to the tub full of hot water, the area had a couple of chairs, a place to hang my towel and robe, and a shower for rinsing off before and after soaking.

I would definitely feel comfortable bringing even my pickiest clean freak friends and family members to the Hoosier. However, at $20 for an hour of soaking, my budget will only allow me to soak here on the most special...

Wow! Hoosier Hot Springs is a hidden gem in the TorC Hot Springs district. The property is currently under renovation, and the private outdoor soaking tubs are absolutely incredible! All the tubs that I saw were quite spacious, with water filling the tubs continuously, included seatingand had outdoor showers. I booked the Cypress tub, which was the largest and most spacious of the tubs I saw, but I'd say all of them are a great size and could accommodate a couple people if you're there with friends. The water was a perfect 104°, and I really appreciated the shade coverings provided, especially during the summer when TorC temps are so high!
