10/28/2020 Took time to stop and spend the night in TorC On a trip to Gila and Silver City, with the specific goal of spending time at this gallery before heading home to ABQ. The gallery advertises that it opens Wednesday at noon. We checked out of the spa and still had an hour until the gallery opened. Since nothing else was open, we drove to the lake. We arrived at the gallery at noon, and as we tried to enter, the guy running the gallery was JUST leaving, said he had to run some errands until around 1 pm. We told him we had been waiting just for them to open, he just shrugged and took off. As much as we wanted to see the Howe retrospective and the other featured artists (Barnett, Hudson, Winkler), we weren’t going to blow another hour waiting, so we headed back to ABQ. Really...

Great collection of many different artists at a variety of prices. Huge gallery! Fun to explore and enjoy the artwork. Eduardo, the owner, is quite accommodating, knowledgeable, and welcoming.
