I asked a employee if the restroom was open.. I waited a little more before I went and changed her diaper in the main, women's bathroom. I asked a supervisor when I left the womens room and she knocked on the door. She says "I hear movement" and walked away... well, great but who ever is in there must be taking a nap and other people have need for it...
