Economy Inn — Hotel in Tupelo

Wasnt to happy with the room. Definitely could use an update. The room could of been alot cleaner. The comforter had 3 or more stains on it . There was mildew on the wall which look like it was painted over to try n cover it up. When i went to the office and ask if my room could be re-cleaned they actually sent a bottle of bleach a broom mop and dust pan to my room for me to basically re-clean it myself. the shower looks as if it never been clean. When ask for a refund they said they have a "No Refund" policy even though theres NO SIGN SAYING THAT. Best believe a report was made to the manger and the Health Department will be Notify. i would highly recommend never choosing this place. even if ur trying to save some extra $$ its definitely...

We checked in but when we saw the room, we checked right back out. The room was filthy and stunk like cigarettes. There were numerous holes in the walls, the bathroom door wouldn't shut and the single set of towels was grey. When I spoke with the attendant, I asked for a refund and she nodded and took the key but of course I was still charged. Now I have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge on my credit card. Disgusting, unsanitary and unsafe! Do Not attempt...

If you don't mind hearing the police knock on the neighbors door @3 a.m. or feeling like you will wake up to no vehicle, then this is the place for you! It was the cheapest we could find on short notice. We slept with one eye open. But honestly everyone seemed nice and we were not missing anything out of our vehicle...
