Paradox Challenge Rooms Tupelo — Attraction in Tupelo

I would not recommend this escape room to future patrons. My family did Agent 22, and it was a poor experience. The following reasons ruined our experience: 1 - The instructions and clues from the employees were unclear and they did not give the full information needed for the room. When we started, the employee directed us to look around the room and walked out. 2 - Several things were broken in our room, making it to where we could not solve the puzzles and ran out of time in the room. A) When we “started” the timer screen did not work so we had no clue where we were with time, outside of the random pop in from the employee. B) The liquor we had to weigh had evaporated and she had to tell us the actual weight. C) We put in a code with close to 10 minutes left and it did not work. After the ten minutes expired the employee told us the code, when we informed her we had input that, she gave it a few tries then apologized that the lock had been reset. Instead of fixing the issue and offering to put the time back, she said, “well, aside from this how did y’all enjoy it?” 3 - The employee was hardly a game master, when we needed clues it seemed to take forever to get her attention for assistance. 4 - Lastly, when we mentioned to the employee that the issues impacted our experience, they did not offer us more time in the room or any money back.

Easily the worst experience I have had with an escape room, for $160, it was an unprepared and unprofessional...

Worst escape room experience I have ever had. Several items were broken including the timer and we were never told to start. When we had to weigh liquor for the next clue the weight was off and we had to be told what the correct weight was. It was very hard to get the employee’s attention for help. Instead of talking to us through the speaker the employee would randomly come into the room interrupting our progress and time, hints and instructions were terrible and unhelpful. And on top of all of this the very last clue we solved to move in to the next room had been correct but the lock would not open leaving us to just stand around until the time ran out. When everything had been pointed out no extra time or refund was offered, she brushed us off asking ‘well besides that how was your experience?’ Well my answer is awful we had an awful experience. I would never recommend this escape room to anyone...

First of all, I'd like to say how unbelievably polite and down to Earth the staff here is! They were an absolute delight! Our experience would have been fun with just the room, but the people we met really made the experience that much better! My niece, (14) is in town, so we decided to let her choose the room, and she picked the Mine. My husband and I had never been in an escape room before so we were very excited to experience it. We were NOT disappointed in the LEAST!! The puzzles were challenging but addictively fun, and the only "complaint" I could muster was how quickly our time passed because we were having such a great time!! We will absolutely be back to complete the other rooms. We are really looking forward to their Houdini room. This is a perfect date night or group date night for anyone interested in doing something unique!! I cannot recommend...
