Grata Grille & Bar — Restaurant in Tupelo

This is a hidden gem in Tupelo, Mississippi. The atmosphere and ambiance are incredible. The service is wonderful and friendly. The place is very clean and tidy. And the food was amazing. I will definitely be back! We came back last night with our two youngest children, and we were again highly impressed. We ate at grata grille and bar inside of the holiday in at 923 North gloster St in tupelo mississippi last night. The food and service were amazing. The atmosphere was very nice to enjoy a meal with our family. Anyone can come and eat even if they don't stay in the hotel. We loved the two kids under 12, eat free with the purchase of one adult meal special they do. Everyone tore into the food so fast I didn't even get a photo of the apps. We had the spinach artichoke dip and chips, the house made mozzarella sticks, and 12 peice wings for appetizers. my daughter had the kids' grilled cheese and fresh fruit. My son had a kids cheeseburger with pub chips. My husband had the montero chicken sandwich with fries. And I had the BBQ bacon cheeseburger with pub chips. Everything was delicious. They also have a full service bar onsite. What a hidden gem right...

Our server wasn't very personable. I don't expect someone to be chatty but no eye contact and not responding to questions comes across as rude.

The kids are supposed to eat free but she charged us and then charged for every item, even though it was included in the description of the meal- like a bacon, egg sandwich was changed for bacon, eggs and the side of potatoes. Over $45 for 1 adult and 2 'free' kids.

She didn't give us silverware and then disappeared so I had to find someone since there wasn't anyone on the floor.

The breakfast food was already cold and eggs over cooked. We didn't get everything we ordered. The hotel also advertises room service but they don't. And they don't have menus in the rooms.

Maybe just a bad day for us, but it was disappointing since we were on a budget and trying to have our first mini...

Pleasantly surprised. The dining area is pretty small so not very busy. We started with the cheese sticks that were fried perfectly. I got the salmon with broccoli and potatoes. The salmon had a perfect sear and came with a cream sauce that was divine. The broccoli was sautéed in a butter based sauce that was delicious. My husband got the Monterey chicken that was covered in bbq sauce, bacon, and cheese. It was pretty good but not by comparison. He got a side salad that was a very large portion with some of the best ranch dressing. Clearly home made. Can’t believe we’ve visited this place sooner. 10/10, would recommend. Will be...
