This hotel should not be priced as it was when I visited last weekend. The walls are thin and I could hear everything happening in all surrounding rooms, the hallways. The doors are malfunctioning forcing guests to use extra force to open them and the noise of trying to open them will wake the entire buiding up. I was put in a room with view on a gas station 🤔🤔, so needless to say that I stayed up all night long. I could not sleep after having driven 6 hours to get there. I could also hear the traffic and felt as though I was driving the entire night as well. I was promised a transfer to a higher floor, hopefully away from the noise. After many conversations with the attendant, I ended up with a room accords from my previous room. The attendant was pretty helpful, eventually, and after I ignored a few eye rolls during check-in, because I was not comfortable logging into my email on a public computer and also because the manager does not want them being emailed documents that i required, even though i showed my ID and also showed my membership status. For a hotel advertised as newly renovated, a better attention should have been given to making sure that guests do have some quiet time. I would have given a 1, if it weren't for the fact that the attendant eventually tried to.be helpful. If you need to rest, please stay away from this...

I've been taking my high school students on trips for many years, and this was the best experience I've had overall with a hotel. The site seems pretty new (my room was spotless) and everything was wonderful. Breakfast was good with an egg and meat option offered, bagels, a waffle maker, yogurt, little muffins, juice, coffee... my students were satisfied with the selection. Beds were very comfortable. Shower water pressure was great. Staff was extremely kind and helpful. Surrounding area was quiet. Nice to have a Wawa a 10-second walk away as well. Rates were very fair considering the high quality of hotel this was.
The manager I worked with, Josh, was unbelievably helpful, kind, and patient. He made the process smooth and easy, helping us have a wonderful stay. Everything was ready when we arrived late at night, with a clearly marked batch of key cards waiting for us. If anyone is reading this that's in charge of giving out raises, you should definitely give him one.
My students and I were extremely satisfied with this hotel and will be sure to return on our next trip to New York City (which was only a 30- to 40-minute...
