Management is incompetent and needs to be retrained or reconsidered.
On Monday April 14th, I ordered a Classic 10inch Sub and a round chicken sandwich. Upon getting my items, it was clear that they made me a 6inch and not a 10inch.
When I politely tried to tell the worker they told me I was wrong and that I ordered the wrong item and that it gave me the size that i ordered. I know this is not true because the round chicken sandwich was $4 and the classic 10inch sub is $8.09 and I paid $12.89 so I was 100% certain I ordered and paid for the 10inch sub.
The manager on duty was named Samatha, an extremely rude person who has zero sense of customer service. Samantha even said at one point that I was making her nervous, well if you can’t handle a customer explaining an issue to you then I highly recommend you be removed from any management position, it is not suited for you.
After I was told I was wrong countless times they finally found my receipt and it turns out I was correct. Instead of apologizing to me, Samantha insisted the original sandwich was 10inches long when it clearly was not. Luckily I took some photos for reference.
Wawa please train your management team. Hopefully this will be a great learning moment for Samantha and I wish her the best in...

When it come to the food I get a bagel with cream cheese extra and the cream cheese is so little, it is definitely not even the regular amount that is supposed to be given on the bread. I always have to come back to have it fixed or sometime I am so tired of doing this I just use plain with the very berry to make it the right amount. Or my partners bbq quesadilla that is supposed to be cut into 3 pieces but it be 2 or not cut all the way through so it is one. Even the meat and extra bbq is supposed to be spread evenly and it is not, it is only spread through 2/3 of the three pieces or the last piece gets meat and no sauce. The experience is always ridiculous but your managers are more worried about watching me go to the bathroom or starring at us in general when they need to be making sure the night and eve inv staff is giving amazing...

They do not have Italian dressing available to put ON the salad so I got it on the side. Each salad comes with 1 packet regardless of whether you get dressing on the salad or not! I ordered two salads! I asked him before I was charged if the dressings would come off at the end because I am not supposed to pay for either packet because I am purchasing TWO SEPARATE SALADS! He said yes, charged me and didn’t even print my receipt! I had to ask the next cashier to print it for me.
