The food was shockingly poor in quality.
The picanha was a complete letdown — it was a low quality cut (choice or below) but lacked any sear or color...the meat could have just been microwaved to cook it. The sausage was undercooked and actually raw on the inside, which is both dangerous and unacceptable. The pork chop? It was simply GROSS.
