Shake Shack Union — Restaurant in Union

Shake shack is one of my favorite places to go especially for their homestyle lemonade and flat top hotdogs. I went to the Shake shack in Union off the parkway on their menu. It clearly says that they have lemonade and that’s the main reason I drove there to get lemonade cause it’s the old-fashioned type with a tart flavor to it so I get there and I try to order lemonade and it’s on the menu clear day for everybody to see and then when I ask to get a lemonade they said they don’t sell it there every shake shack Franchise carries lemonade why open a shake shack at that establishment if you’re not gonna carry the items that all the franchise Shake shack offers and why are you posting that you have it on your menu and then tell me you don’t have it that’s false advertisement. they spend a lot of money, putting that place up and then advertise on their menu that they have certain items and they don’t even sell it there. I have never seen that ever anywhere. I am seriously disappointed and will never ever go to that establishment again the Shake shack at exit 100 on the parkway is the best one I’ve been to so far now they’re always busy over there so there may be a little weight but it’s well worth it if you’re not gonna carry the items that you carry at all the other franchises and such a simple one in lemonade, and then you put it on your menu and then when you go to order it, you tell me that you don’t sell it there that’s clearly false advertisement. I’m surprised no one files a law lawsuit against them. You can’t advertise saying that you sell something and then tell me that you don’t have it it’s one thing if you run out that happens and that’s understandable , but you don’t sell it there at all but yet you put it on your menu I will never go to that Ever again I drove an extra 20 minutes to get there just to get their lemonade because it’s good. It’s the old-fashioned type and then they tell me that they don’t sell it there when they advertise it on their menu… They’re lucky no one sues them for false...

The owners of this Shake Shack is being ripped off by its staff. Today my girlfriend and I visited this location. They had one other customer and us. One of the machines to place orders wasn't working. The other customer was trying to get the staff to help. Totally unresponsive. I went to the counter and was asking for assistance. Two male staff and one female staff continue to be unresponsive and when the female staff finally came. I asked her if I can make my order with her. She said yes but I have to wait a little and went back to packing her Ketchup. After waiting for a while, the other customer and my girlfriend and I left. They missed two sales and had no care...

I drive by quite often on my way home. I wanted to see the structure named after singer, Whitney Houston. I decided to grab lunch while running errands. The building structure is beautiful with huge windows. There is a small section with Whitney's accomplishments. The stop has a nice dining space. Makes easy for grab and go or dine in. Ordered burgers and fries with lemonade. I didn't have the wait time issue I see others complain about. Our food was served fast and hot. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
