Recently remodeled, this property looks and feels new. The staff is friendly, efficient, and helpful. The property is very clean and well maintained. The parking lot is well lit and a very short walk to the rooms. The rooms are well appointed. New fixtures and furnishings make the room feel very comfortable. The AC works well, in case you're visiting during the summer. The indoor pool is very nice. It's got some length so if you're into swimming laps you can do that. The fitness room is mostly for cardio training but the machines are new and well maintained. The laundry room is small but is centrally located in the complex. There are small restaurants is walking distance. More are a short drive away. A simple Continental breakfast is served in a large dining room behind the front desk. At the time of this review, eggs were available upon request.

I called to book a five night stay but could not, once I learned that when they say "pet friendly," what they really mean is "dogs only." I am a truck driver and I have a 3 year old cat who has traveled everywhere with me since he was a kitten. He is a perfectly behaved, neutered (read: non-spraying) little gentleman, who loves to explore hotel rooms. He walks on a leash and he makes no mess whatsoever. He has stayed in dozens of hotels with me and all he wants is to sit in the window and watch birds. Sorry I can't tell you how my stay here was, because my sweet little pet is not welcome here. Lucky for us, Extended Stay America right next door doesn't discriminate when it comes to welcoming our beloved furbabies.

We woke to ants covering food and crawling across the entertainment center and in the fridge as well as the sheets were threadbare and had melted holes and snagged holes. The receptionist was great. Manager said the ants are known issue however we were unaware. She only offered a 15% discount off the room rate (not total costs). We recommend you be aware of the ants and/or find somewhere else to stay.

Our stay was ok There is no such thing these days as a cheap hotel room. Checkin was ok. Even though we originally had a room with 2 queen beds and were moved to a room on 1st floor that only had 1 queen bed. Room looked clean. The shower door runs on a track that was not quite adjusted properly so once closed it wants to slowly open; i put a swimsuit behind the roller to keep door from opening. The pool is smaller but ok. Really wish they had a hot tub or sauna. Housekeeping and customer support was good. We didn't do the breakfast the 1st morning because there hours are from like 630-9 am; our prior day had been long and we didn't quite get back up in enough time to run back over to the main lobby area to eat. The second morning was busier; they had waffles to make, sausage, eggs and tater tots plus some fruit , juices and some muffins/ Danish pastries. The 3rd morning (memorial day) I went in before 8 and there was only ONE person there eating and there wasn't any eggs made at all. only a few pieces of sausage and several tater tots and a few pieces of fruit, kinda like... the hotel was empty or something and they were only just putting out a few things; I only grabbed my wife a banana and took it back to her at the room. I just did t feel like getting a plate and trying to eat. I was just like.. WOW... and it wasn't like the place had been ransacked or anything, everything was clean as if not used. So I'm assuming they didn't have or not enough guests to put out a full meal for that morning. Who knows. The one morning I really felt like going to partake_ they don't have much there. But that's fine; it's a convenience for them to offer that service; and we appreciate when they do. We actually are ending up staying for a 4th night due to my wife coming down with something and needs to just rest. Requesting an additional night wasn't a problem and the few times I've needed to request something from hotel staff they have been kind, accommodating, and hospitable. So out of the entire experience i feel the. Rooms are mostly average (for a hotel) location is just so_so, but I do personally grade the...

As a Best Western Rewards Diamond Level member I made a reservation through the Best Western Rewards website for 5 nights. We made the reservation the night before arrival we arrived early (2pm) the next day and were told that there was a fee for early check in. The place was neat, clean and empty and the desk staff were sitting with nothing to do. As diamond members we are often given early check in privileges. I checked asked the manager was told no. I called the rewards department and they said the location made the decision they called the manager and she refused. I was frustrated but feel that I remained polite she was not. I finally told her that I didn’t feel like I could give her hotel a good review and she told me that I was threatening her and eventually told me that the conversation was over. I decided to pay the early check in fee and paid for one night and canceled the rest of my stay, I went to my car and talked with my wife and we realized that we did not feel comfortable with staying under those conditions. I could be accused of misusing the room etc., so I retuned to the front desk asked for a refund was denied We surrendered our keys and left with out even entering the room. I was aware that the reservation was technically non refundable but once again as Members we have often been worked with as a courtesy if a problem arises.

I understand that everyone has a bad day but the manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful.

Every stay as a best western rewards member receives a survey upon checkout. I did not receive a survey from this hotel. I wonder why?

I can’t feel good about this situation. I know there are policies but I also know that there was room for politeness and customer satisfaction.

I have tried to be factual and fair in this review.

Bottom line it was a...

When me and my family checked in for 2 days, I mentioned to the guy working at the desk that I had my cat with me. He said he would put us in a pet friendly room, I paid the pet deposit and nothing else was said from him. The second day he said my pet deposit wasn’t paid, I showed him my back statement. And he also mentioned that it was brought to his attention that I had a cat and that they were not allowed. He did not tell me this at check in. (same guy from when we checked in) At check out nothing was said to me about my cat, after check out I noticed I was charged $100 again. I contacted Best Western four times and was told that the manager would call me back she never did, so I went to Best Western to talk to the manager and she was very rude to me, told me I would not get my $100 back because I had my cat and she tells me that we were not in a pet friendly room. And from the beginning, the guy at the deck never told me that I couldn’t have my cat. She told me (the manager), that I will not get my $100 when I told her the guy never said I couldn’t have my pet she said she believed the guy over me when I said that he said nothing about cats not being allowed. She refused to...
