Another drive-thru order wrong. This time the woman at the counter was extremely rude and careless. We came in and could hear her taking orders at the window in the back. We understand that. But then she came up to the front counter and looked and touched our incorrect food and looked at us and we had to explain what the problem was WHILE another customer was ordering in the employee's ear. Then she just left the counter and left us standing there with no explanation and helped that customer plus another car. My husband and I were really insulted by the lack of customer care and decided we just wanted a refund. When she came back out my husband tossed the card on the counter, out of frustration because yet again his order was wrong. Then the woman proceeded to argue with us about why we wanted a refund. The last time it was wrong I walked in and had the order fixed. The time before that my husband walked in and had to fight for a refund. We won't be back unfortunately. We have been patrons since 2006 and are super tired of the poor treatment and lack of communication. The lady actually told us that she didn't care about customer service. Its really disappointing because we do enjoy the food... when it's correct. We had ordered carne asada nachos sour cream on the side with 3 rolled tacos with lettuce. Read more1 Star I was charged three times at this Muchos Gracias location, totaling over $120 for a single visit. When I brought this to the attention of the on-shift manager, Celine, she was dismissive and unprofessional. Even after I showed her all three charges in my account, she insisted her system only showed one and told me to take it up with my bank. Apparently, this is a known issue, yet they continue to operate without correcting it—why?
Celine acted like it wasn’t a big deal that I now have to call my bank, credit card, and possibly go in person to resolve an issue they caused. That’s hours of my time wasted due to their internal error. To make things worse, my order was wrong, and instead of taking responsibility, Celine blamed the new cashier. For the record, the cashier was gracious, kind, and apologetic for their system error . Celine, however, lacked compassion and understanding.
She eventually gave me a manager’s number (Martha), but the voicemail is full. No apology. No compensation. Just indifference.
Unless you enjoy chasing down your own money and having hundreds of dollars temporarily disappear from your account, I would strongly advise avoiding this location. Their lack of professionalism and failure to take accountability is deeply...

But today I specifically asked for no cilantro, I made sure to say it 3x, (an allergy) got my food and had to leave without checking(didn’t feel I needed to since I had said it so many times) then I looked and both tacos had a huge pile of cilantro on them! Had to throw them away, then the burrito I got was kind of hard on the edges. The burrito was supposed to be an Oregon burrito but when it was but into you absolutely could not tell what was what, like the meet you could not taste at all, they put so much cheese in there that all you could taste was burnt cheese, the potatoes were extremely over fried. Ugh I just couldn’t believe I had to throw all the food away and not have a lunch for today. Biggest mistake ever. I would absolutely not recommend this location at all!
