There is noone at the front counter at all. You have to use the kiosk. I had ordered an iced coffee from the kiosk along with a couple of other items. When my meal came there was no coffee. So, I called back to the back drive thru area and asked about the iced coffee. A lady only said, "no". I said I was sure I had ordered the iced coffee. Again she just said "no." I repeated that I was certain I ordered an iced coffee. A gal from drive thru came over and said "no" but nothing else. I said I had seen the coffee icon go to the basket icon. She said "no" again and fiddled with something behind a small box. I couldn't see thru the box. Then I asked if they even had coffee. She said no and walked off back to drive thru. I pulled up receipt to show I had been charged. Myself and now another lady were at the front counter. It took us 10 full minutes just to get someone to acknowledge us. We had called back multiple times. After another 6 minutes the gal from drive thru came back. She didn't say anything, just stood infront of the other lady. That lady just wanted a soda and she told the worker that the worker was now going to give it to her for free and the worker did. The worker still hasn't uttered a word. I get her attention as she starts to walk off. I ask for my refund and show her the receipt. She had to give the refund in all coins because there was barely any money in that till. Still not one word! Not a sorry, not a thank you for waiting, nothing!! Worst dang customer service I have EVER seen except for Big Al's...

Again like every Friday night I stop at this taco bell and guess what I order my food sit in line forever then I arrive at the window ok the window person was nice and it all goes down hill from there. I get what I think is my food but what do u know its NOT!. And I don't know that till I get home comfy and ready to dig in. Now I know what u r thinking I should have checked and u know what u r right but its been a long day and week and I just wanted to get home so I tell myself well I will eat it anyway so I took one or two bites and the food was horrible just so greasy it ran out of my oh sorry someone else's taco then I throw those away and I try and eat the fries and u guessed it they were very cold I live 5 min away and when I say cold I mean cold not a little warm. All of this is on me because I am stupid enough to go here this isn't the first time this has happen with all of this said this is my last trip here. I will go to a location in San Diego before I ever go here again and let me guess this guy is over reacting but go and get cold food that you didn't order go home get comfy and sit down to a cold dinner u didn't order and see how many stars you give the location..if you own or manage this place you should be ashamed to allow this to happen. Read moreAccidentally placed mobile order for this location instead of Camas. Tried calling 7 time throughout the day yesterday and never got an answer. Finally, got the Store Manager on the phone today and he told me he couldn’t do anything to help. I was told I needed to call the app support. I asked how I get ahold of them as there was no option to call them in the app. He said he didn’t know just the same way I signed up. That makes no sense at all. I asked if he could please just tell me how to get on contact with anybody who can help he said he didn’t know. He wasn’t sure how the app worked or what I needed to do.
As the STORE MANAGER you should know how your business operates. Especially in a time when we are so pressured into using the mobile app.
I get not knowing everything, or maybe he is new. But as a business manager myself the correct thing to do for your customers, if you do not know how to help them, is to let them know you do not currently know but are willing to find out. Maybe check your resources get an actual answer and offer to contact them back.
