Bought brand new Refrigerator, Washer & Dryer from this location 2 months before moving into my new home. When I learned I'd be moving 1-week earlier than expected I used Home Depot's phone system to reschedule delivery (because the website system didn't work). Despite receiving multiple confirmations through email and phone that the rescheduled delivery was set, the day before we were supposed to get our new appliances the freight company called to tell me they didn't arrive. I called Home Depot only to find out that despite the confirmations THEY had never notified the manufacturers of the new delivery date. I had to make multiple calls as nobody followed up with me about the problem. Their only solution was to send a floor model refrigerator to my house (3 days late) to use until they could the new appliances a week late, on the original delivery date. Next, their contracted appliance delivery people installed the washing machine with the drainage hose lose, and flooded both floors of our BRAND NEW house, causing roughly $20,000 in damages. Throughout the entire ordeal, Home Depot has failed to follow up on phone calls, or offer any store credit, discount, etc... their response has basically just been "oops, sorry" If that's how customer's who spend thousands of dollars at their stores are treated, you should think twice about giving them your business... I know I won't be ever again. The single positive from the entire experience was Jim Dodson, the appliance sales worker who had thorough knowledge of the products and was a great help with selecting what we needed.

My brother placed an online pick up order for 12:30pm. I arrived to pick it up at approximately 2:00pm and I did not receive my order till 2:30. The gentleman at the pick up station seemed to have trouble initially. After finding our order, he said it should be out in a couple of minutes. After 10 minutes, he had spoken to one other person about our order and apologized for the wait. I believe 2-3 people we're spoken to about our order after about 15-20 minutes. We still were not told why we were waiting. Another apology. Then after about 30 minutes, a totally different Home Depot employee arrived with our cart, who seemed to have just gathered our items from the isles. The employee had to be taught how to release our order - which was fine, but it would have been nice if the original employee had stepped up to process the order. By the time we drove the 45 minutes to my brother's house, we found out they received only approximately one foot of a particular trim when they ordered 8 feet - which you can see clearly on the order. Unfortunately, we did not know what they ordered so we didn't realize this at the time of pickup. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience.

Everyone heads to Home Depot for practically everything besides groceries & clothing 🤗... The staff is very helpful & very knowledgeable, always gives suggestions & other positive options to help their customers with their needs for their projects. If you need to return an item that you don't need, the staff at the customer service desk will attend to you as quickly as they can, no problem. This location is in Vancouver, WA on E. 197th AVE. I truly enjoy my DIY projects and Home Depot is my partner in accomplishing these goals.

Honestly I thaught home depot was great. But in the last 3 and half weeks I've spent almost 20k in roofing materials. I paid for materials to be delivered they came innthe middle of the day after requesting for a 9 am delivery time. The delivery driver called dme and said they couldn't fit everything on the truck. 20 minutes later ingot another call saying they got it all on the truck. When it got to me product was damaged. When I called to talk to someone I got hung up on several times especially when asking to speak with a manger. Figured that would be the end of it. Oh no between the many trips into the store to try and get it corrected I was told I would have store credit and that never happened. I realized that on buying material I overlooked low slope roofing material. Of course I had to order online. So I did and waited. The day it was supposed to be delivered no call. The next day still no call telling me it's in. I finally called amd tried to talk to someone yet again. Was told only part of my order was shipped and nobody could tell me we're the rest of it was. Was told someone would look into it and give me a call back. Received no call back. I finally had a chance to go in the next day again nobody could tell me we're the rest of my order was asked to speak with manger. The manger come up to customer services and tells menthol same thing I don't know we're it is. At this point it's been almost a week after the product was supposed to be ready for pick up. Manger just looks at me and says we will call when it's ready. That was two-days ago. I did finally get my order one box completely rewraoped in tape and 3 others box smashed. Needless to say I just will not be going back for anything anymore. I know lowes is a bit more in price but customer service and general respect for the people spending money in there store has been like...

Home Depot was paid to PROFESSIONALLY INSTALL. This dishwasher since first week of install has NEVER WORKED PROPERLY Samsung has been out twice. We tried more returns upon once again discovering dishwasher was not working and Samsung, just ignored our request. They stated it was running when technician left. THIS IS UNTRUE! IN fact since July 2020 the dishwasher has been draining into the floor below which is the ceiling of my daylight basement. 1500 sq ft of ceiling is damaged, 1000 sq ft of maple flooring is damaged, it is raining in the lower level now due to saturation of months of the dishwasher that supposedly was working. Home Depot at 192 ave was advised of extensive damage. To date their claim adjuster has refused to respond to 7 calls. Now the electrical in my lower level has shorted out. Blew out the fuse box. My son who has lung disease had to move out of his room. Our home is now notable your heat PROPERLY due to blow out from Extensive water damage. My entire ceiling during winter temps of 33 will need to be removed. My home owners has tried to advocate and home depot, samsung refuse to respond. We had another service scheduled prior to this discovery. Home depot nor SAMSUNG will respond to this matter any sooner than 10 day out scheduled service. DO NOT BUY FROM HOME DEPOT ANY APPLIANCES UNLESS YOU ARE LOOKING FORWARD TO MOLD, EXTENSIVE DAMAGE TO YOUR HOME, AND AN INCREASE IN YOUR HOME OWNER POLICY BC NEITHER ACCEPTS RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PAID INSTALL OR THE TECHNICIAN FROM SAMSUNG WHOM SAMSUNG IS DELUSIONAL BELIEVING EITHER HOME DEPOT OR SAMSUNG TECH UNDERSTAND HOW TO INSTALL, REPAIR, TROUBLE SHOOT, OR IDENTIFY THE SMELL OF MOLD, WATER UNDER THE MACHINE MIGHT JUST BE A PROBLEM. SHAME ON YOU HOME DEPOT! SHAME ON YOU...
