Itās unfortunate because the people who work here are nice. But I can not for the life of me understand why this Walgreens pharmacy refuses to get it together. Iām recovering from cancer, this is the closest 24 hour pharmacy, I work second shift, I have used this pharmacy my entire cancer journey. I have been a frequent flier to this pharmacy for almost 2 years now. There were weeks that I was here daily. For most of the last 2 years at minimum I was here twice a week, I still come here at least once every other week. I honestly can not remember 1 time that I just came here, picked up my script, and went on my way. Maybe itās happened, in the realistic hundreds of times Iāve been here, but I donāt remember it. There is always an issue and a wait. Every single time. Both an issue, and a wait. And any movement happening behind that counter is sllllooowwwww.
Iām currently writing this review from the parking lot. My doctor put in a common script order at 230 this afternoon. At 430 I called to see when it would be ready and I spoke to someone at the pharmacy who said they will push it and I can expect it by 530. I got a text saying it was done early around 5. I got here 5:15 ish - script isnāt ready. The lady behind the counter told me 20 minutes. No worries still 15 minutes ahead of the game? No. 6:10 and itās still not ready. If this was unusual for them it would not be any big deal. But Iām going to send this review, go get some food, go home and eat it on my couch, probably run to the gas station for a coffee and ice cream (donāt judge me), come back and take my sweet time picking out beef jerky, press on nails, and lip gloss. I will then remind them again that based off their own estimates Iām still waiting. And maybe Iāll get the script by midnight.
You think Iām being dramatic? Fill a script here. Tell me Iām wrong.
After 2 years you would think they would get exhausted of angry customers and fix whatever the issue is. But no....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWORST Walgreens I have ever been too! Only came here due to it being 24 hour and my baby was sick and needed her antibiotics to start tonight. I waited so long in the drive through just to be told I had to go back in line or come in bc my prescription was " too big" ( which when I received it, it was not it was put in a big " bag " but it was little bottles and a long tube of ointment. I told the pharmacist clearly I had a sick baby in the car and couldn't come inside. No empathy whatsoever and said sorry it won't fit you have to go back in line. So I did bc I didn't want to take my sick baby out of the car. Waited almost 20 min and the line did NOT move. The same car that was on the left side of me in the window drive through was still there. I got upset and came inside. The line inside was nearly as long... I waited in the consultation window where there was clearly workers but I was ignored until finally I said loudly excuse me and one of the girls asked how she could help. I told her I had already waited in line for a long time and just needed my prescriptions. The same pharmacist who asked me to come in or go around the old her she had my prescriptions. She went to grab them in the back they made some sort of joke not sure if towards me or who but they laughed and said " we are going to hell"! I felt immediately uncomfortable. The girl forcefully handed me my bag. Once I got all the way home I had a medication missing. Wasn't even told it was not in there and two NO SYRINGES for my babies medication!!!! Worst Walgreens experience and...
Ā Ā Ā Read morePlace is just so terrible from wall to wall. Needed a Covid test for my employer. Made an appointment for 850am. Ghee whiz, the lady at the counter took nearly 20 minutes to figure out how to ring it up. Then I waited in an area, which didnāt take that long surprisingly.I get the swab, The test cost $25 (BCBS didnāt cover it), lady said it would be 30 minutes for me to get results via the email or text. After 8 hours I called, no one answered after 30 minutes on hold (if youāve been here you wouldnāt be shocked) so I drove there. Person at counter could care less, I simply said āyou charge $25 for a service you say provides results -āwithin 30 minutes-ā itās been 8 hoursā. Donāt worry you will get an email was their response. I honestly donāt intend on ever getting the results. Just going in that putrid place is more emotionally augmenting then just accepting the fact that I paid them 25 to swab my nose with a Q tip, that subsequently just ends up in a trash can without being tested. I was just getting a Covid test, I donāt need prescriptions thankfully, but if I did, I would not trust this place. The lack of compassion is bewildering. No way Iād trust these people with medication my life relies on. Stay away from this place and the massive pot hole in the parking lot that has been there for...
