Super Tacos Morelos — Restaurant in Villa Park

Great little restaurant serving some of the most popular Southern Mexican food, geared towards the taste and style from the State of Morelos, Mexico. The restaurant has a bar with a descent amount of hard liquor and a few beers. The food is very good and they even have a few big tacos with freshly hand made tortillas. I recommend the chicken flautas, tacos de lengua, tacos the cecina, tacos de tripa, tacos artesanales al pastor or carne asada, the regular 3 tacos dinner with your choice of meats, rice and beans, just to name a few items. Good carnitas and carne tacos . But when it comes to a platillo/ dinner Tampiquena. Is supposed to be a skirt good quality meat not taco meat . The cook doesn’t know how grill or simmer the meat . This place is just a food fast restaurant with good tacos and tortas . Not to be considered a Mexican restaurant. If you are looking for a good tampiquena go to Mi Tierra on Kenzie in Chicago. Update... 04 07 2024. The mole was great this time.. The prices charged were different from the price on the menu. I was charged 29 dollars for a 24 dollar item... That is 17% more charged than stated.. Update your prices if they changed that much.. Still give it only 3 because of the expensive prices and increased charges..
