1 star because I couldn’t give zero . Beginning to mid August I stayed here for a few days for work . A king bedroom was booked and “ no king rooms” were available . No big deal. But Ac was not working properly - my first red flag . Room smelled like cleaning products ( the cheap ‘fabuloso ‘to be exact ) but not in a pleasant way - in a “ instant headache “ way , so I was sick within the first 45 minutes of being there and having room checked by maintenance who confirmed that AC was not working . Tried to reason with one of the staff members to get another room , and was offered to “check out if I don’t like it “ . Which was not an option at the time . They conveniently found a king room available ( after being told several times no rooms were available ) and it was only the beginning of a terrible stay and having to work thru it . I cannot understand how this place still in business as this property clearly does not abide by Georgia Department of Public Health's Tourist Accommodation Rules and Regulations . Smoking INSIDE elevators that don’t work properly , pool is a trash bin for the homeless people that sleep IN POOL AREA ( read : not usable as an amenity to paying guests as it’s emptied out unlike advertised ) . They are independent , so trying to get in touch with higher management is practically impossible , but I did get in touch with a “ franchise manager” , Sherry Chance , who has not been able to address any issues despite phone and email communication. Roaches , toilets not properly installed , no locks , mold , stains , bedbug, tubs that don’t work , ac not working, everything falling apart ….wish I could upload the horrific videos...

What an unexpected experience. In all honesty, the best part about this establishment is its budget-friendly price point. Service was good at the front window, they're there all night and willing to assist. It's important to note this is not the only lodging on Circle 75 Pkwy that has a direct route to Truist Park. But, it did appear to be the most budget-friendly choice at the time. I can't speak for the condition of all the rooms, just my own. This was my experience and I have no info regarding any others. The overall three-star rating I gave is purely for the amenities i.e. functioning bathroom, working mini fridge, and DirectTV television. Other than that, the room I made my reservation for was genuinely in very poor condition. Things such as the linens had cigarette holes in various places. The mattress was what appeared to be two very dated doubles on a single boxspring, with very bizarre splotches and stains that I chose not to investigate further. The curtains for the room were rigged with a single panel, making privacy difficult to achieve. That was a bit awkward. Then there are the various-sized cockroaches, which I do not know are present in other rooms. Again, this was my room and I do not know about any others. In the end, I kept the room but ended up indirectly locating other accommodations with a friend here in town. Please understand that I'm posting this comment not to be disrespectful but to only point out the things I did not expect or that made me a tad bit uncomfortable. If you have any hesitations, you should just reach out...

Worst every motel! I came in the motel thinking it was nice because of the pictures but no when I walked into the door and my room I realized the pictures were all photoshopped I had bought two rooms for my me my wife and my kids but in the first room the heater was broke so we went to the front desk to complain about it and he said he knew the heater was broke and in the other room there was another problem because the bed was broke when people sat in it flipped of it! Then the employee told us to get in one room which was a fire hazard because there was eight people in the room. When I looked in the corner of the third floor there was roach powder the rug was torn up looked like it has never been washed since 1910 with holes in gum on the floor and roaches crawling around the rug. Then in the next room the water was cold the door would not lock and the heat hardly worked .When i got on the bed in the third room we moved into the beds were crusty the bed sheets were even worse when I got in the bed I started to itch but I did not know what it was making me itch.So when we went to go ask for a refund he told us to call someone to get the refund and when had to say for one night to wait for the manager to come at 1:30 in the afternoon and we couldn't even get a refund worst every motel don't recommend even the rats don't wanna live here and the pool was horrid it had nasty water in it looked liked a 100 rats pissed in it and they was living in it playing soccer in it🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 dont reccomend its cheap but not...

⭐️ If I could rate this place NEGATIVE stars, I would. ⭐️ Checking in felt less like a hotel stay and more like the opening scene of a Dateline episode. The first words out of my girlfriend’s mouth were: “Do you have your gun?” If that doesn’t scream “we’re about to end up on a true crime documentary,” I don’t know what does. On the way to the room, a man who was clearly “residing” there stopped us to say: “Pretty girls, come to my room if you want something good.” Sir, this is not Craigslist 2009 — please. Then we opened the door to our “room” and honestly, I think the crime scene tape had just been removed: • Window wide open with no blinds (privacy? Never heard of it). • The “sink” was a literal mixing bowl. Like… Gordon Ramsay wouldn’t even wash lettuce in there. • Tub looked like it had been through several world wars — pure rust. • Toilet? Not sanitized. Not even pretending. At this point, we didn’t know if we should call housekeeping… or CSI. 🕵️‍♂️ Do yourself a favor: do not book here unless you’re filming a horror movie, auditioning for “Scared Straight,” or trying to disappear from society.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The pictures are old or photoshopped. I had to yell to get someone to check us in and never saw a staff member after that. There is only 1 entrance and the 1 elevator was slow and stank. The whole building is tagged and there was music blasting and door slamming all night. “Pain” is doing a swift business out of this place. The carpet hasn’t seen a vacuum in at least 2 years. The room was awful, lumpy beds, lumpier pillows the size of a couch throw pillow. No shades on the lamps. Loose locks on the door and no functioning fire alarm or smoke detector. This place should be shut down. Mini-fridge? Not plugged up. TV? The remote had no back and barely worked. We had to unplug it to get it to go off. The gap beneath door let in enough light to keep us up which worked out since we had teens with us and felt the need to keep vigilant. Nasty, dangerous, revolting. 0/10
