This location is one of my least favorite. I visited with my son after leaving the gym and we were in a hurry so we had to grab food pretty quickly. When we received our food I had had driven off and was on the highway when I started to eat. My strips were cold and had a damp, wet coating. I always ask for fresh fries and was given lukewarm fries. I called back to the manager and he said to come back with my receipt. I explain to him that we were already on the highway and would come back at a later time. I go back a week later and go through the drive through. As I get up to the window after a long wait I was then reprimanded by the manager and told that I should have come inside to handle this issue. Understand that I spoke to two people in the drive through who told me to proceed to the window. At the window I then give the cashier my order for the replacement food and then order an extra lemonade which I was to pay for. The cashier then repeats my order to the manager. In repeating my order she says "fries" instead of lemonade. I hear her and correct her. She says okay, repeats "lemonade" and then proceeds to charge my credit card. They ask me to pull forward to wait on the fresh fries and I do. As the food runner comes out I am puzzled because I am wondering why she has two bags of food and no beverage. I take the two bags and then notice that one is an extra fry. I say to her bewildered "I ordered a lemonade, not a fry". She stands there for me to hand the fries back. I say to her you should just let me keep them instead of throwing them away. She just stands there wordless waiting for me to give her the fries. I give them to her and she just turns and walks away. I am then incensed by the her rudeness and just take off to park the car and speak with the manager. I park and walk into the store and ask for the manager who had just reprimanded me earlier. I explain to her what had happened and I am really not happy. She proceeds to say "Ma'am we tried to bring you your lemonade back and you drove off". No acknowledgement of the cashiers mistake once again. No acknowledgement of the food runners rudeness, nevertheless her lack of concern for all of the poor service and food that I had thus far, and before, which is why I was back. She turns around to get my lemonade and then returns and says " I will talk to the staff ". That was the most fake response that one in customer service that one can get. I won't be going back. I will drive to S. Cobb or Cobb Parkway locations before I go back to this...
Read moreWhere do I start about my visits to this place? I normally go there for breakfast and choose the mobile Order option. Allowing myself enough time to pick up and get to work. My order always takes about 15-20 minutes. I understand short staffing and who am I to not wait for the good food? I just wait. Cutting it close to getting to work right across the street. I just overlook it.
But today, today rubbed me in all the wrong ways. I got there at 1105 and wanted to order another drink. Someone looked at me and just said “closed” and started to walk off until he actually asked me what it was. Gave me the drink free of charge which was very generous. The workers were cracking jokes with one another (all for a fun workplace) but they weren’t really paying attention or moving around. I then clicked “I’m here” and waited inside the restaurant. Only 1 other person waiting. That persons order also was not complete and the guy helping her just kind of dismissed her and got her order ready without much attention to her. About 5 other mobile orders walked in and out. I waited 20 minutes for my food. While people who walked in and ordered got their food before me. I then stood up and asked about my food and they were getting it ready. I then realized that they were waiting on my grilled filet for my sandwich. I heard the worker gathering the food speak in Spanish asking for it twice. And the last time she blurted “how many times do I have to ask you? (In English and with a snarky tone as if the Spanish speaking employee wouldn’t u freestanding) Then asked someone to show the person what a filet was, as if the cook had no idea. Kind of felt degrading from my Point of view. Finally got my food (without the bun because I didn’t realize a gluten free bun was not longer available). I walked out and tried to ignore it like I always do for them because I love the food. But from start to finish this was frustrating. If you made it this far in the review I’m shocked. But I think I will avoid this one at all costs...
Read moreUpdated Review: So last night decided I wanted Chic Fil a. I drove past the Terrell Mill location, because I really HATE that location although they’re literally right up the street from me to come to Windy Hill location. This location doesn’t have good customer service either, but it is a little better than Terrell Mill when it comes to food. However, my service last night TERRIBLE. I go through the drive thru and encounter an extremely rude and unpleasant girl with an attitude. I mean just treated me like I was annoying her by ordering my food how I wanted it. I requested to have my food cooked fresh, because I’m used to getting cold chicken and soggy French fries. She basically tells me that my request can not be done it’s already fresh and we have a long line. Ummm excuse me I’m paying for food and I can’t have it the way I want? Then I have a reward I would like to use for free French fries. I show it to her and let her scan it three times and then this rude lil girl said to me it’s not working and your price is still going to be the same….excuse me. Okay at this point I’m done with her and request to speak with a manager. Speak with the manager and she really is not that pleasant either. No apologies at all and told me my total and just said I’ll talk to her. Then my food cold Exactlyyyy like I said it would be. At this point I don’t know which location is worse between this one and Terrell Mill. You better believe corporate will be hearing about this!
Came here today went through the drive thru. I asked for my order to be cooked fresh. The lady at the drive thru super rude. Her exact word “we cook our orders in batches and can’t cook it fresh” I’m paying you and you gone tell me how I can have my food? Then lied and said it would be cooked fresh and gave me some cold food. Chic fil a service getting worse. The one on Terrell Mill is...
