On 5/24/25, I had a bad experience at this location and it was because of the short Hispanic woman who identified herself as the manager. She was very argumentative over the phone when I attempted to place the same order that I order everytime that I visit J buffalo bar on windy hill rd . Hereās how it went down. I called at 12:54pm, the phone rang 16x and then she picked up. She immediately put me on hold and after I acknowledged it, she disconnected the line. I called a second time and the phone rang 18X before she picked up., didnāt say anything , and then hung up. The third time she answered after 6 rings, she asked what would I like to order, I told her I would like 10 wings, honey lemon pepper, and an order of hibachi shrimp fried rice. After saying all that, the manager asked me if I wanted rice with the vegetables and unions(hibachi, she obviously wasnāt listening) included and I said yes. She immediately started explaining to me that they donāt make orders like that and that the person who took my orders in the past was doing it wrong . After going back and forth with her about how I normally eat the same meal and that she didnāt know what she was talking about, I then told her that I was 5 mins away and that I have a receipt from my last visit and I will show her when I get there. When I arrived I saw her and asked her to explain what she meant by not making orders for wings and hibachi shrimp fried rice and she reiterated that they donāt do those orders. She also emphasized that she was the manager. (I have never seen here before after coming there over 2 years now) I then showed her a digital copy of the reciept from my last visit that showed both orders. Instead of taking full accountability of her mistake, she tried to say I told her that I wanted regular shrimp fried rice (even though I confirmed i wanted hibachi rice over the phone and she was arguing the fact) . This was after I pointed out she thought was trying to order the meal that added $5 more for the regular shrimp fried rice. I tried to explain to her that as a manager, itās inexcusable for her to argue with a customer, especially one that comes there regularly, and that I had my whole family in the car that wanted to go eat somewhere else after they heard how she behaved on the phone . Normally when the food is complete, the person who takes your order opens up the plate To show you what your food looks like. Today, that didnāt happen. The MANAGER just handed me the bag, maybe because she felt shame in front of the other customers in the restaurant who had to hear me confront her about her bad behavior . In the end , I ended up ordering less food that I normally ordered just to prove a point and placed another order from another wings spot for the rest of my family to eat right in front of her after paying for my order. Iāve attached the receipts from my previous visit to reflect my point and todayās receipts from both restaurants. This individual who claims to be a manager needs customer service training and an attitude adjustment . If Angle doesnāt get her act together, this location is gonna start seeing more reviews like this and you will lost more customers like me. I generally spend between $35-$50 when I eat here. That didnāt happen today and itās because of the MANAGER, ANGLE!
Iād just like to add, Iām a Google local guide who has rated well over 100 restaurants over the past 15 years all over the world. Generally when I do a review , itās a positive one. This is an unusual thing for me to do a review like this on a place that I normally eat and the food is good. Itās one thing when an employee has a bad day but When itās a manager behaving this way, itās disheartening. J buffalo bar, you guys deserve better and need to take a closer look at the type of people you have running this place. I really enjoyed my food, I would say the have some of the best wings in MARIETTA & The Hibachi 100/10šš½, itās hard to find good Hibachi but this will a go to for me moving forward. The scenery is actually really cool too they have some Anime artwork on their walls so if youāre a fan you would love it. This establishment has a huge menu like so many options this is not your average Wing Bar! They also have a bar area you can get Beer, Wine and other Alcoholic Beverages.

Super gray over well done but yet no char. Philly cheesesteak was half decent but just dripping tons of grease. Wings were average at best. Philly gave me a legit stomach ache and had to run to the bathroom shortly after. But the worst part about this place is the decor and vibe. Tons of color changing led lights, two tvs with different animeās, a tv with a non stop disco stu gif, and the house lights turned up to 11. Itās called a bar but there are 3 little chairs in front of a tiny counter. Feels like being a in a 16 year olds vape overdose.
