I try not to write negative reviews however the lack of customer service that the manager Jarvis displayed at this location was unacceptable. At this point everyone is raving over this chicken sandwich. My co-worker and I arrived at this location at 9:55 before they opened. We planned on ordering lunch for the staff. The drive thru line was already starting to come out of the parking lot. We parked are vehicle and stood in line outside the store. There were about 12 people in line to go into the store. At 10:02 we all take notice that a gentlemen who we assumed to be the manager looked extremely irritated. He kept looking at us and shaking his head, and then walking around the store fixing chairs as opposed to opening the door. He finally unlocked the door at 10:05 when the crowd started to get really annoyed. When we all walked in, he did not greet us he left to go behind the store. Their was one cashier, she was still counting change so she could not ring anyone up yet. The first gentleman was finally able to place his order in around 10:12am. The line started to take notice that there wasn’t any chicken cooked at all yet. I think we all Assumed that they would be prepared for the crowd and have some cooked already. Instead we noticed he put out the regular chicken out first. When literally everyone in line was there for sandwiches. By the managers actions you could tell he hoped that the lot of us would leave if the food wasn’t available. If that was his motive it worked. We decided to leave, and I did ask for his name so i could file a complaint. A few other people asked Me what his name was as well. I gave it to them, when we walked out the line was far worse and already piling into the intersection of the street. Of course problem Naturally asked me why i wasn’t walking out with food. I made sure to let them know that the manager Jarvis was ill prepared the food would take very long as none of it is prepared at the moment and also the manager wasn’t customer friendly at the moment. With that being said 4 cars removed themselves from the line. I’m Highly disappointed, because if Jarvis attitude was different a lot Of of us would have never left. There was one cashier, for the front, one for the drive thru and i saw one young gentleman who was cooking and Jarvis assisted. I’m not sure if he was frustrated from being short staffed, but one way or another it was disappointing. Customer service like this is why we end up right back at chick fila. Who by the way did not have a line, and ended up being our alternative with great customer service. I suggest giving Jarvis some training, as for the rest of his staff they appeared friendly, and a bit stressed with the lines. Which is completely...
Read moreMobile order placed via website. When I get there (after I pushed the button that said “almost there”), cashier says he doesn’t have my order and steps away from the register like he doesn’t want to deal with it. I say I already paid and showed him my receipt with order, restaurant number, Etc. He says he doesn’t have it and shrugs. I say something to the effect of “well, what happens now?” He finally asks a manager, and she points to the screen that has my order. Phew! Stand around with about 5 other people. One guy claims to have been waiting 25 min. A girl hears that and asks for a refund since she needs to get to work. She immediately gets her order. Then an employee calls me over and says they’re out of sandwiches (which comprise 80% of my order for 5 people). I am resigned and just say to cancel it then since I have no idea what else my family would like. Nice manager says she can concoct sandwiches out of chicken tenders. Knowing that it’s getting later and my family is hungry at home, I just say okay. It’s not really, but at least it’s food. As they are preparing my order, somehow they have sandwiches again. Yay! Rush out of there to get home and think to check the bag halfway home. Yep, missing a sandwich, the others were wrong (spicy vs non, etc.) I get home and am ready to turn around and try to fix it but realized what a fight it would be and how long it would take. My husband and daughter ended up splitting a sandwich, my son got spicy instead of plain, and we paid for more than we got. BUT, at least I can explain what happened here, which kind of helps. We won’t be returning. We’ve been here twice, and the food is good, but there are always major problems with fulfilling the orders, most of the staff is apathetic (except manager), and they are slow...
Read moreI got off the highway just to go to Popeyes. Only to repeat my order not twice, not three times. 4 times I continued to repeat my order even when I went up to the window and she asked me if I had baked beans I did not I asked for mashed potatoes with gravy size large it's not that hard. But as I drove away the incompetence of the employees told me I needed to check the bag and I should have checked the bag before I left the parking lot to get on the horrible Windy Hill but no I checked it down the road and guess what my simple side order of a large mashed potatoes with gravy was wrong there was no gravy. So what do I do I sit in traffic for another 25 minutes to go back to this sorry business to get what I asked for in the first place. When I walk in the front door the lady recognizes me. So what does she do she takes the mashed potatoes out of my hand and continues to bicker back and forth with the other associate about who got it wrong I don't care give me my order and then I had to tell her to give it to me 5 times. Neither of the associates apologize to me not a single one but they did banter back and forth for another 5 mins about handing me a free pie. I said give me the mashed potatoes that are in your hand. 3 times! She continues to put the pie in my bag so I took the pie out and slapped it down on the counter because I don't need your free pie i am done I will never return congratulations you lost...
