Massage Spring — Local services in Marietta

I did the 60 min Vichy shower, massage and hot stone for $100. The Vichy shower was nice and relaxing however I was concerned about whether it’s sanitary, I looked at the sponge afterwards and I wonder if it was new or previously used. As I would not want to have used a sponge that was previously used. My massage was great, probably one of the best I have had. I took off 2 stars because I arrived at 4:05pm, and my massage ended at 5:00pm. I waited about 5 mins before going into the shower. So I actually only received about 45mins. About a 5 min shower and 35-40mins massage. At the end I offered a $10 tip due to the shortened time. The individual charged my card $114. Apparently she didn’t agree with a $10 tip and I was not about to argue over $4. However that was very unprofessional and deceptive.

My massage was uncomfortable. On two separate occasions I asked for less pressure. The first occasion was when the therapist was applying pressure to my rib cage area, causing extreme discomfort. When the therapist asked me how the massage went, I told her it was uncomfortable and thanked her for her time. Upon leaving, I went by the front desk. When asked by the front desk lady why I did not want to tip, I explained this.
