Ordered a pick up order via the app. Got there and was told that I had to go through the Drive Thru. Got to the Order Board at 9:15pm. Didn’t get to the pick up window until 10pm. They told me that they were closed and I had to come back the next day. I told them that my food should have been ready because I ordered on the app. The Manager told me it wasn’t it fault, refused to apologize, was raising his voice, argumentative, aggressive. Was yelling and belittling the employees. Gave me the name Brian Reynolds. Still refused to take ownership of the situation and offered me whatever chicken they had left. I had ordered wings and tenders. He said there was nothing he could do and he wasn’t going to apologize for what he didn’t do. Completely incompetent and needs to never work in Customer based business. Went back the next day to get my food. Same Manager would not make my order when I got there and yelled out to everyone in the lobby that people would be served in the order that they came in the door and ignored me. People in line had been waiting 30 to 45 minutes and still had not ordered. The Drive Thru time was an hour and a half. Uber Eats Drivers were told that they had to go through the Drive Thru so they were cancelling orders. 3 while I was there. I asked for a refund. He told me I had to call to get it done because it was on the app. He refused to give me the Regional or Corporate numbers. He said that he didn’t know any names or numbers. I asked him his name again. He gave me a different name than the night before. I asked his first name. He said I didn’t need to know that. Customers were asking why he was talking to me like that and I was being nice to him. He ignored them. The cooks were yelling and cursing about how many customers were in the lobby and saying that they should have already been off. Some were saying that they were going to leave. Another Manager came out and said that she was going leave. Customers were asking why was she leaving instead of opening up another register to help out. I started to leave and the incompetent Manager told a worker to lock the door behind me. I got annoyed and went to take a picture of him since he was giving me fake names. I asked for the other Manager and they told me that she wasn’t there. I asked him to give me the rude Managers name. He looked at the Manager and the Manager told him not to tell me. The worker told me that it wasn’t his place or business to tell me that. I ended up having to call Corporate to get a refund and make a complaint. Pathetic leadership at that store. The turn over rate is extremely high. Always messing up orders and get an attitude if you ask to have it fixed. Read moreTwo nights ago, I placed an order on Popeye’s website. It was 11:20 when the order was placed, and I pulled up to the drive-thru window at 11:30. They said they had not received our order and couldn’t fill an order without a receipt. So we showed them the receipt. A receipt for an order that cost over $30. The whole store took time out of their busy schedule to argue with us, making us feel like we had done something terribly wrong by even having the nerve to order a thing from them?! As the clock ticked, they said that they stop making food at 11:30 and if you order after that, you get whatever is left and they didn’t have any food left. We had ordered two combo meals including drinks plus one sandwich and side of fries à la carte. They finally gave us three sandwiches, telling us they had even given us “an extra sandwich.” Now, I don’t know how your math skills are, but the employees at this particular Popeye’s doesn’t seem to understand that 3+0=3. No extra sandwich, not the right sandwiches, none of the three, zero fries and zero drinks. Since the average reader has an IQ capable of grasping context clues, I need not specify how terrible these three sandwiches that were born in their nightly ritual to be thrown in the trash were. As anyone would, we called the next day wanting our actual order to, not be replaced, but to be made at all. When we came to pick up the food, the woman night manager, a different manager from the night before, argued extensively and was extremely reluctant to fill our order. The order we paid, once again, over $30 for and never got. Finally, she hands over three sandwiches and three orders of fries. No drinks that we paid for. All three of the sandwiches had mayonnaise on them when two were clearly ordered to have none, and the fries were disgusting. And this is with nothing to even wash it down with. Any establishment has to really tip a very large and understanding scale for me to rave or rant about them, and I would just like to have the honor of presenting this particular Popeye’s location with the absolute worst, most horrific, extremely yucky with the worst attitude and biggest lack of customer service award....
Read moreAs a doordasher, I will never step foot in that place again. Whenever I walk to the counter to get order,everybody turns their backs on me and goes away and are extremely rude. The wait for food is horrible and nhere is nothing professional about the employees. Don't understand how employees can't get away with treating customers with the rudeness they do. The problem is definitely management or the lack thereof. What the employees at that location need to do is take chairs and notepads and sit out in the parking lot and watch Chick-fil-A across the street, they greet you as soon as you walk in the door with a smile and they keep them lines moving and always have doordash orders ready to go. They need to fire everyone in this Popeyes location,close that place down clean it up and get all new people. Stop the employees from smoking weed out behind the dumpster. Close this place down and start mandatory drug testing and that place. I talk to alot of fellow delivery drivers and everyone of them say this is the worst place ever to try to get orders from and always decline order immediately.
