I’ve had my bed for about 2 months now and it has honestly changed my life!! I went in and the gentleman who helped me was working alone that day. He spent a lot of time showing me the different beds, discussing pros and cons, pricing, comfort, etc. Once I’d narrowed down that I wanted a firm mattress we discussed which one would be right for me. I wasn’t wanting to spend a huge amount of money but after trying out the adjustable frame I was sold on it. My guy went to WORK to find me all the best deals he could and I walked out spending less than I’d anticipated and getting EXACTLY what I wanted! I waited less than a week for it to be delivered and set up for me and I’ve been sleeping well ever since. The reason I waited to review this experience is that he told me it would change my life and I was skeptical…. He was absolutely right!! I have noticed an incredible difference in my daily life. Less pain, fewer headaches, better sleep, better moods, easier to fall asleep, honestly my digestion has been better too. I can’t praise this bed highly enough. The adjustable frame makes a world of difference. The new mattress was just what I needed. The service was completely unmatched as I’d spent weeks reviewing different beds online but without going in and trying them out you’ll never know which is right for you AND you may not be getting the best deal you can. My issues are many. I came in several months ago to buy a new mattress. The salesman told me about the 120 day return policy; if I was unhappy I could get full credit if I returned my new mattress. I was not happy with the mattress because I have a medical disability which causes severe pain & the bed had buttons. This bed was a medium mattress but the replacement mattress he suggested was firm. I told the salesman about the condition; I was also in a wheelchair at the time I came in to get a replacement due to a broken bone. The delivery of the replacement took six weeks for arrival. Because of the 120 return policy I mistakenly thought if there was a problem with the 2nd mattress I could return it also. I did tell him when I tested the replacement that it was hard. I went in when I had the 2nd mattress at about 60 days & complained about the hardness of the new bed. The salesman solution, get a mattress topper for the bed. Also, he told me it needed breaking in by jumping on the mattress to soften it up. I tried both of these for about 30 more days with very little change. When I went in again & told him the suggestions he told me to do didn't hardly help & now I also had lower back pain from this mattress (I have never had back pain before) He then told me I couldn't get a 120 day return policy each time; I would need to pay full price for the new mattress. I DID NOT KNOW THIS!!! This wasn't told to me before. But of course I could get the new full price mattress delivered right away! I went into two different mattress firm store. The first store had what I was interested in but I told them I'll come back tomorrow after my decision. 5 minutes on the road I saw another mattress firm store. I decided to stop by to check out why they were so close and if they were any different. As soon as I walked in I saw the same exact mattress for the same price. I told the salesperson Jonathan that I was previously looking at that one at the other store. He asked me how much were they asking. I told him the same price as yours. He then says, "well we are closing soon so I'll give you $100 off if you buy tonight." I was shocked. I thought about it and we sealed the deal. He also hooked me up with a fair delivery fee than what they were asking. He told me delivery may be the evening of next day but depending on how fast they can work it could be earlier. The next day, delivery came earlier than projected. Delivery guy was professional and put on covers on his shoes before stepping in the house with the mattress.
