Five Below — Local services in Waco

I went in the looking for something specific and there were only a few shoppers in the store so the staff was not super busy. I only bought one item. I was not aware that there was a path set up to get to the checkout, so the manager came up and told me I needed to go around the other way and follow the signs. She was very condescending and even followed me when I went down a different isle, like she wanted to show me what I was doing wrong. A lot of stores have paths set up at the checkout and I've never had an issue finding the checkout, so you may want to rethink the setup and the way you treat...

5 stars for ALWAYS having cute stuff!! I have bought stuff for back to school door prizes and for our home. My favorite is the white and black buffalo plaid throw blankets. My most recent purchase was the rug made from leather straps. It's perfect for our laundry area. On 12/7/22 I was at the store at 2:36 p.m. Associate 763748 was really kind of rude when she checked me out as when I walked up to the register, she was texting on her phone looked up at me, made eye contact, then continue to look back down finish her text message and not say hi or anything. I was so surprised. After she finished messaging whoever then she found time to ring me out. Wow maybe she needs to revisit her customer...
