KAY Jewelers — Local services in Waco

I 110% recommend Kay’s in Waco especially Devin. I have went to a few Kay’s and I have to say this is the best one I have ever been to. The first time we walked in they greeted us with amazing customer service they were friendly and included everyone in there in a fun time. Devin knows everything there is to be known about the merch in there. She went out of her way to help me. She handled changing some of the diamonds out of my wedding ring and making it my favorite color. She was very observant noticing my favorite color. She got the ring taken care of and when I got it back it was absolutely stunning. One of my stones happened to fall out right before going on vacation. She did everything in her power to get it back to me in a 5 day span. We just missed it by a couple of hours. But she wasn’t finished there. She called the shop and got it shipped to where we were going on vacation so I could have it. I will not go to another Kay’s. I strongly strongly recommend them especially Devin. Although my rings looks amazing after being replated and resized. I have two bands and a wedding ring all bought at separate Kays. The one in Waco was the ONLY place where I had crappy service. someone with the name Venetra Love assisted me when I dropped off my ring. She was ridiculously rude and so unprofessional. Apparently she's worked there awhile... (because she kept telling me she's been there for 11 years) but honey your customer service skills belong at McDonald's. Next time I have to get my ring serviced ill scope the place out and make sure Mrs. Ghetto thing...

Angelo and Tristan saved us! We just got my daughters ears pierced a few days ago and lost an earring playing softball! Tristan has been my go-to for all jewelry and we met Angelo today and he helped us get it together and quickly cleaned the earrings, her ears, and helped us to get them in before they closed up! He processed everything quickly and helped calm frazzled mom nerves! They were quick and got us hooked up with a pair to replace the ones we lost. Kindness and empathy with a bruised teen ego made for a huge difference!...
