This is my 3rd time updating my review of this place my 2nd review was asked to be changed per mattress firms request in order to fix my faulty order. I went to this place to get a mattress. I go in an a salesperson randy gives me the who sales pitch on multiple mattresses. He ends of giving me this great deal and I leave happy. We get our new 1000$ mattress an it has stains on it an the entire middle of the bed is sunk in. We find out it was used on top of all of this which NO one EVER said ! So we go back an now theres a guy Cord, we explained to him the situation. Cord says theres no exchanges but He says he fired randy an hes the new manager he can fix this. He says it might cost us a little more thou an he can throw in an adjustable base deal . Well now I have 2 g invested . I leave here happy I leave a review cuz cord hounded me about giving him a shout out on here and giving him a good review so I did.. so cord sets up this new "DEAL" he calls me the day before it gets delivered an says that the schedule is tight an that they will have to drop an run the new bed an base. I get home from work an unwrap the bed an see stains all over it an it has a 6 in solid lump the across the entire mattress completely unsleepable. My base went up an down 2 times an then lost pressure an quit working completly the first night . I was so disgusted by now with this whole experience. I call cord and explain this to him I send pics etc. They say no returns ! He says I should have refused it when they set it up. Even though he called an Said they wont be able to set it up.. so I asked to speak with a manager I get joe. I Ask for my money back joe says no. Joe proceeds to tell me that I am "stuck" with my mattress an that "you can call. Customer service but theyll just send you right back to me and I'm going to give you the same answer!" I was blown away by this an so furious. I just spent alot of money here an I'm not satisfied an am being treated like garbage .. I asked to speak with his manager an get refused. I asked for his supervisor he refused .so I posted a review and I called every mattress firm in the Oregon area trying to get ahold of the area supervisor an finally got ahold of zach .. I explained to zach what's happening. Zach says he can give me a refund or we can work out a new bed deal as if im a brand new customer. I'm okay with that I just want to be treated fairly and givin the guarantees that there company provides for it products .. zach says we can work out a brand new bed deal with a sleep easy guarantee with a base that works and a warranty and he'll give me free shipping. I say okay. He asks that I consider taking down my review or changing it after all is takin care of . i get my new bed an it's firm but I give it time after all this I don't want to go back there really . I immediately edit my review upon receiving my mattress from paragraphs to a simple "I would not go back here again " I had it a little while now an it's just to firm and I cant sleep. I'm not spending that much an not being happy with it. I uncomfortabley go in now being 2+ months later an say hey cord I have gave it a try but it's to hard I'd like to exchange an upgrade to a purple 3 (which cost even more) he says " no that was a one time exchange were not doing that you an your wife were the worst couple I have ever worked with . You are the most dishonest people an no it's not happening " he says that i am lying about my sleep easy guarantee. he says they never had an agreement with me to exchange my mattress. An that I didnt take down my review so he doesn't have to (even thou I did) (and by saying that acknowledges the fact that there was an agreement) he tells me to go get my emails to provide him with proof of such agreement . He then gets on the phone and calls joe and joe says no as well they wont honor there sleep easy guarantee. Cord says " enjoy your firm mattress" snidely as I'm leaving totally unprofessional. I dont know what to do at this point I know that I will never do business...
Read moreMy family and I had such an amazing first time mattress shopping ever in a store this is our first time buying a brand new mattress to begin with and Kristina was absolutely amazing! She was so kind and considerate and really listened she was so personable even when my little one decided to go crazy and run around and be a wild child. It was nice to have another parent understand our struggles he loved her even gave her a hug. She is just an amazing person and overall that is what truly made this shopping experience so easy. I am so happy we did our research before purchasing a bed online because alot of those fancy beds you see on amazon or online are complete scams we went on BBB to see how truthful the reveiws on all these different websites were and that overall made us decide to go to this mattress firm and I am so happy we did and can't wait for our new bed to arrive. We're STOKED! SERIOUSLY GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE! Kristina is just amazing again I don't care where I shop normally but have a good customer service experience and that always makes it better if it wasn't for her it wouldn't have been worth it truly good and genuine people are dying even more so when it comes to amazing customer service skills and she has it. She made us feel like family I felt like her and I knew each other for along time like long lost soul sisters if that type of personable experience doesn't deserve a raise I don't know what does. We didn’t do this the first time around because we are pretty ardent in our mutual distaste for sales pitches. We were met, to some surprise and great relief, by Ashley, a very polite, honest, attentive, and unobtrusive clerk who first asked all about our sleep, then about our price range, and then showed us all the options fitting our present scenario. She patiently stood by as we, and our two children, tried nearly every mattress in the store. She was close enough to answer questions, but never once tried to upsell us or steer us toward a more expensive product. Once we found the mattress that made us feel like newborn babies freshly swaddled in clouds of cotton candy, she found us the best possible price and gave us all the time we wanted to think it over.
