I need to share a part of my story to understand why this hit me so hard, I lost my brother in May and today he has been heavy on my heart, I am watching his granddaughter for 2 days and I came today to get us drinks. Decided to treat myself, on May 28th,2025 and regretted the $7 I gave away just to be disappointed. It was the worst cup of coffee I've had in a long time. Lukewarm,as the machine is a prefab coffee maker. Not barista made and steamed milk. It's just a cheapo mini mart model with cheap coffee and the flavor brand they use...is yuk! No straws, no grip sleeve. Cheap flimsy cup. Lid seal was iffy. Never made such a bad review,but I had to because they went above and beyond. And my money spends good...

Hailey was so great. She seemed as if she's been working there for at least 5 years. I like to get an unusual drink. A watermelon Italian soda with no cream, but whip cream on top. I tried it and asked for an extra pump of watermelon and told her she doesn't have to, but it'd really hit the spot if she poured a little of the drink out and filled it with whip cream beacuse I like to mix the whip cream in. She did it without hesitation. It was so good and appreciated. Very good service....
