Just went here to get an ignition lock tumbler since the key broke off inside my ignition. Wvem.thought it wasn't 8pm, their sign said open, the 2 employees said sorry we're closed unless you have a card and then when situation was explained they pretended to want to be helpful and lookup the part but by wrong submodel of car and then only showed us the 3rd choice outā°0 of the options that their screen came up with and was a little on the steep side, and wouldn't look any further, and said they didn't have any in stock and would have to order it and it'll be Tuesday before it came in. What type of business closes before posted store hours and then doesn't want to be of any help for a paying customer who's there, cash in hand 15 to 20 minutes before it closes, especially if the part needed is known amd there'd not a bunch of trouble shooting or guess work, only typing on a keyboard that looks up the part and tells them what number they're looking for on their shelves, ringing it up at the register and taking the money and handing the part, receipt and any change that might be left over? Better business practices and work ethics are needed these days because people get jobs they're not happy with and then don't want to do the job they're paid to do because they don't like the job, don't want to do the job and have become lazy in the work...
