Spectrum sucks in every way possible.
$90/month for their crappy service, but if you call to disconnect they will offer you $40/month.
Speeds fluctuate wildly. In one hour of use I can go from normal page loads to pages pausing loading halfway through to back to normal.
Random failure. Several times a week I have to reset the adapter or restart the computer to get the service working again.
At least one a month the service is down all night and into the morning for 'upgrades.'
When the power goes out, the internet is out. I have backup power that starts up during outages, so it's not because the router and modem are not getting power.
Need help? Be prepared to wait on the phone for half an hour because "your call is important to us."
Except for the excessive hold times, I never had any of these issues previously with other cable internet providers and using the same equipment.
Thank God and Elon Musk for Starlink!
It was a breeze to set up, the whole process took about 5 minutes, unlike the infuriating slow and complex hour(s) long process with other ISPs. I finally have reliable service. The difference was immediately noticeable. According to the ookla internet speed test, the download speed is not much faster (uploads 4 times faster), but everything just loads quicker.

Their hours posted here show an 8pm closing time as well. I arrived at about 615pm and the door was locked. The lights were on and there was a staff member there. I knocked on the door and told the lady that I was told that they would be open until 8pm and tried to ask if they had just closed early that day or...she did not say a word to me, but walked up to the door and tapped her pen on the paper that shows their hours and then turned and walked away. I could not see the paper on the door clearly, so I tried to ask her what the hours were and she snapped at me "We close at 6" and then walked off. However, we saw ad for inexpensive cell service. We had one phone with us and other was with person not in store at that time. They REFUSED to give us SIM card for other phone. They REFUSED to send us SIM card in the mail. Did I mention Manager was in back and refused to ever come out to help with over 8 people in lobby.
