My husband and I went into T-Mobile to switch over from another carrier to take advantage of the military pricing. When we walked in the store we were greeted by Amy with a very warm smile and she said she'd be right with us as she was helping another customer. We waited and while we were waiting I was able to observe not only how she was dealing with the customer but also how customer was interacting with her. Amy at all times was professional and very understanding of the customer that she was dealing with and the issues that the customer was having. After she was done with that customer, Amy helped us. Amy was amazing. She explained all of our options, and helped us to maximize our savings. We spent a number of hours in the store due to the fact that my phone transfer was a very long process and due to everything I had on my phone. Through the entire process Amy was great. I had to return the phone that I had selected the following day due to some issues with that phone and not liking it. Amy again went above and beyond and help me with my new phone. Amy also contacted me to let me know about the military pricing and the phone promotion that was going on so I could pass it along to other military members in the area as we are a very small community and very strong with the military presence. We also live in a rural area and Amy has gone above and beyond in helping us get a cell spot to boost our signal in our home. She's always available to me via text message or a phone call and with a representative like that for T-Mobile it makes me happy that...

The Apple Care lady I'm on the phone with has just told me any iPhone 14 days or newer the point of purchase store is supposed to replace the phone if there is a manufacture problem.
I purchased a new iphone from this Tmobile store and 4 days later It quite working, brought it in to the store and was told that it worked when it left here, it's Apples problem and I need to call apple care.. This store wanted nothing to do with helping out.. absolutely horrible customer service.. worst thing I ever did was switch to tmobile..
Edit.. so I'm on the phone with tmobile (corporate) she confirmed exactly what Apple Care told me.. hmmmm
Update.. Manager Brandon I would not deal with him if you come into tmobile in warrenton, he is a lier, he does not do what is asked, imo he is not manager material and should be removed!
If you notice I was asked to email in there response. I have not gotten an email back from anyone.. This Warrenton store needs new management. Your best bet is to...
Read moreThis store manages to make even the most simple of transactions awful. I did a phone upgrade here thinking it would be easier.... wrong. The process took all day, mostly doing nothing but waiting, and then they decided to shred the retail box my phone came in after I bought it. When I asked for a new phone in the retail box they told me I had to pay a $70 restocking fee. I had to contact corporate to fix what they did and I'm still not done. What should have taken an hour has been days now. Even T-mobile corporate was shocked at what they did and never heard anything like it.
Don't go here if you can avoid it. Even if they actually accomplish something productive and without issue, they will hammer you with upselling. I had to correct them multiple times to keep them from sneaking in "promotions" that ultimately add cost to the bill for things I didn't want.
I will NEVER GO BACK!! It was a...
