BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Waterford Township

I come to this location about daily. I ordered the same beverage, the same way every time. Usually when I come through this Bigby The staff is nothing but professional, and skilled at what they do. On this day at around 2 PM I was given one of the most tremendous food service experiences ever. I’ve worked at a Big for 2 1/2 years myself. I understand that people move fast and sometimes things don’t get done correctly. But my iced Americano was handed to me warm with not a single ice cube, floating in it. We kindly asked if they could remake it correctly, and we were given attitude almost instantly. The gentleman working the window is fully helpful, but it seems like whoever was in charge got completely emotional. He then slammed a drink on the counter, and then Rudely asked if that was how I liked it. I replied I just want my refund and I do not want my beverage, knowing that they were going to sabotage my money in someway. I feel completely insulted, and I don’t think that man should be in a professional field.

Update I’ve decided to update my review because as we’ve been returning and receiving wonderful service and food for about a week straight after the incident, it would feel wrong to leave such a low review. One time doesn’t...

I’ve tried coming here a few times since they opened. First time i went through the DT, I ordered a Matcha with almond milk (I SWEAR by BIGGBY matcha) it was clumpy, not mixed all the way. Second time, my matcha was made with Oatmilk.

But just came in this morning and went inside for a mobile pick up, a women handed us food that wasn’t ours, then waited almost 10 minutes for anyone to ask us if we were waiting in anything else. We were still missing two drinks.

I worked at a different BIGGBY for a little over a year and how this store operates seems incredibly chaotic. this morning, it seemed like there were WAY too many people on the stations tripping over each other and just switching stations, maybe things have changed but I hope with time they figure out the smoothest way to operate. Also the parking lot is a tight squeeze to navigate if you have anything bigger...

Finally a Biggby on this side of Waterford! The owners are very nice and are already contributing back to the community.

All our drinks have been on point and definitely gave a pick me up to our days.

They have done a really great job with the inside. Two little desk cubbies for someone who might want to use it to study or get some work done. Bigger table for a larger group. Window bar chair style seating. A couple of relaxing sofa desk chairs and two top tables.

I checked with one of the owners and they will likely be running the normal Biggby promos for brewed coffee Monday, tea Tuesday, latte Wednesday, Thursday is usually some food item discount though I'm not sure what it will be, free shot Friday.
